the after sale customer service needs improvement. I have attempted several times to contact the warranty division, left messages each time, and HAVE NOT received any return calls

The title says it all. Without getting into the weeds this was our best home purchase experience of our lifetime. We are a retired couple who valued the overall process from start to finish. We closed in September and moved in in November because of other time commitments on our bucket list... only because of the two month lapse I'll leave the details alone; but looking back I rate rapid response and professionalism at the top of my list for why I'll recommend Richmond American Homes in the future.

The floorplan is nice. And the quality is reasonable. But there are a few post-sale items to consider:

Perhaps you're a person who thinks, "Gee, I would really like to take several months and numerous visits to accomplish follow-up tasks that might have been completed in a single visit by a competent trades group."

Well if this is you, Richmond American is your team!

Perhaps you've thought to yourself, "I would love to find a company that strings me along fo r several months - promising to complete those post-sale checklist items - only to be told 2.5 years post-sale that the checklist items are too hard, and you, the buyer, need to become responsible for them."

If this sounds like you, Richmond American is your team!

You might have even caught yourself wondering, "Is there any way I can find a builder to take 17 months to build my home after they soft-promised it in 10?"

Our experience with RAH was a mix of highs and lows. The buying process was smooth and enjoyable, thanks to an outstanding sales agent who was professional, attentive, and made us feel supported every step of the way. However, the craftsmanship of the home did not fully meet our expectations. While the design and layout were promising, there were noticeable issues with the quality of construction and attention to detail, which left us feeling somewhat disappointed.

Despite the concerns, the sales team's dedication and the ease of the purchasing process were definite highlights.

Great RV home. The home is beautiful, the floor plan is great for guests and entertaining, and the pantry is huge! Working with Richmond American was a pleasant experience. Esteban is the Superintendent of the development and is always willing to answer questions and offer help when needed.

We liked the staff of this company, it was a pleasure to work with them from the beginning to the end. They explained everything to us considering that we had no experience in buying a townhouse. We liked the quality of the houses and their price. In the future, we hope to buy a dream house from this company.

I recently bought a home in Pueblo.I was very pleased with the Home Buying process through Richmond Homes and Home American Mortgage. They made the process very easy especially for a First Time Home Buyer.If you are a first time home buyer and are looking to buy a home I definitely recommend buying a new build through Richmond.

The Customer Service from everyone is superb! Richmond American Homes staff is friendly and helpful in the entire Home Buying process. The overall value of how much house you are getting on a brand new home is excellent!

Buying process was terrible and dissapointing

Richmond American Homes helped us buy our first home. They walked us through the home-buying process and answered our questions along the way. I wish that when we noticed issues that they were more proactive in trying to problem solve for us instead of "waiting and seeing." For this, I am giving Richmond four stars. Overall, we love our new home and will be very happy here.

The lending process, the sales associate, the superintendent were all great and made this a pleasant experience.
