Our sales rep Jason Undzilo went above and beyond in helping us with our first home purchase. We had a couple ups and downs with the process. But in the end Jason did everything in his power to make sure everything went smoothly and walked us through the whole process of our purchase. Truly jason was a blessing in Disguise And when the holidays came around the corner, Jason surprised my children with gifts at his own will and choice making my family feel more appreciated and accepted into the community Richmond America home's.

Cheap built houses sold for a premium. Lie about what they cover to fix and what they don’t. Lots a cracks, chips, over spray, etc. Sloppy work they hope you don’t find, and pay them lots of money for. Build the house yourself or get a private builder. Would not pay a quarter of what I paid for my house seeing how the process is and house horrible the craftsmanship is. Stucco has mesh showing all around the house,flooring has gaps between baseboards and flooring. Paint overspray on every window as well as 4 scratched windows. Check every inch of your house if you buy through them, final walk through agent will try and rush you, and pray you don’t have any attention to detail so they can rip you off on bad work for a premium price. This is coming from someone in the trades. RUN!! Save your money and sanity.

We closed on our home in November of this year and are still having issues. During our walkthroughs we pointed out several items that needed to be fixed prior to closing, including cabinets that were broken, staircase railings not secured, incorrect bathroom fixtures installed, yard graded toward house causing flooding around the foundation, but none were corrected and we were forced to close or we would have to pay daily penalties. These items have still not been fixed over a couple months later. And we most recently found that a sewage and down water drain pipe was punctured causing significant flooding in the pantry, etc. It is obvious that the building supervisor was not supervising their sub contractors or insuring items were fixed when brought to their attention. They also have not provided dates to which anything will be corrected despite being brought up before closing.

We absolutely love our Richmond American home. The sales rep was so professional and helpful through out the stressful parts of the process. Would 100% recommend

This Home Buying Experience was As horrible as I think they come. This is Due to a failure at the lowest level to the Supers inability to follow through on their own check list, To the sales agent who has never contacted me after the purchase date/ To the Contractors and Subs who completed the shotty work.
The first issue came when winter came and tried to blow out the sprinklers the home builders excavators did not properly install my shut off valve and in order to turn that off and on I have to call the county/ Refused to fix.
My shingles were not connected to roof and had no paper flew off in a small windstorm, repair was completed by their repair guys who also inspected their own work and said no other issues and as i soon learned after the 8 inch snow storm and a new leak at covered sliding patio door that was not the case, as i am not a roof guy I hired an inspector who discovered it was improperly installed- Refusing to repair warranty is., Had a inspector to verify and of course out of 203 inspected items 30 items who discovered.
Subfloors have holes in them after carpet was took out by their own floor guys I was advised not covered by warranty, but they would fix it - After over $3000/00 for supplies and install the floor doesn't have holes but the slope is still there also detected by home inspector. The furnace has a condensation leak, Things were not secured properly, Warranty advised do not fill out warranty request online just tell the warranty rep and she would fix it. Did not work out for me.

We recently purchased a house from Richmond American Homes and we had a great experience! We love our new home. From just window-shopping to closing, their team has been by our side the whole way. Their catalog encompasses stylish and spacious home designs. Minor functional and cosmetic construction deficiencies were present to begin with, but the team pulled through to alleviate them. We would recommend this builder to anyone looking for a new home.

Simple, no pressure, fell in love with the place myself and Richmond made the entire process stress free.

My wife, our realtor and I went to look at a new home being built at Paintbrush Hills in Peyton Colo. we found a home we thought would work for us so we decided to put money down to secure the home and the 4.9% interest rate. Rada Shanahan, the sales agent wanted 11259.00 down. She stated more than once that the money was refundable. The next day we decided that the home was not right for us and we wanted to cancel.
She said the money was not refundable because we qualified for the loan. HIGH PRESSURE RIPOFF !!!

The inside was super pretty and the outdoor exterior was excellent. The builder and agent were super friendly and kind to us and made sure we have a great amount of warmth!
