Average home build. Shortcuts led to low customer satisfaction. Put builder grade appliances in a upscale home. Driveway is a disaster.

The experience that I had was absolutely amazing!

The staff at Richmond American Homes are very caring. They were very helpful during the buying process in getting any questions we had answered in a timely manner. During our walk thru they helped point out things we missed. I felt like they had integrity.

I want to express my appreciation for Wendy Avalos (sales representative) and John (builder representative). They've been very helpful and provided great assistance.
However, Richmond American Homes has not met my expectations and has become increasingly disappointing. There are already numerous issues that need to be addressed, and I’m concerned about the condition of the home after the first year.
Nevertheless, I do appreciate Richmond’s mortgage rates and incentives.

Awesome sales staff, perfect loan offers, nice and clean area, beautiful floor plans, not much impressed with the after walk-in fixes though. Still have quite a few issues in the house that could have been taken care of before our move in. Also, not a fan of the landscaping done in our front yard and neither the color of the house exteriors.

Team was great from initial visit to the final stage.
Prices are relatively high but payment is easier with a low rate. Read the conditions of the mortgage very well.

House quality is good ( for our first few months we did not have any issues so far).

I think its worth checking out and decide for yourself!

The lender was very helpful and will walk you through every detail question that you have. Even till now that we bought our first house they still response fast to every question we have. We love the community is very quiet organized and peaceful

Buying my home with Richmond American Homes was a fantastic experience! If you deal Lawrence and/or Besty as your point of sales, you will see the excellent service and knowledge that they provide. They should be promoted and granted pay raises and substantial bonuses. I’m so happy to have met them and were able to complete my home buying experience at the highest level with them and Richmond!!

Richmond American homes and their staff made my buying experience easy and stress free. People like Teri and Chris D held my hand and make me feel comfortable throughout the entire process.

Our home and sales experience were great and I'm basing my review specifically on those experiences. The overall quality and the layout of the ammolite we purchased is great and we really love our home. There are some great touches like a hybrid water heater and we received a high-quality Trane HVAC system. That being said, if you are buying an early pre-construction, be careful if you use the in-house lender and have a floating rate (we had a lot of trouble getting updates on rates while it was floating) and I don't recommend putting a downpayment on a home if it's not within the window to qualify for any promotional interest rate offers. Wait until it's within that window and then negotiate. Overall though I'd highly recommend Richmond as a builder.

I have never felt so undervalued as a customer. The unhelpful and rude employees, coupled with a complete disregard for my family's well-being during the home-buying process, have made this experience incredibly frustrating. It is evident that Richmond Homes is more focused on making a profit than genuinely caring for their customers and delivering a quality product. The repeated delays in our closing dates and the lack of any assistance, while my family struggled, were deeply disappointing.

Everything was great and very professional

Efficient, easy, and knowledgeable staff with prompt responses and answers to our questions and the home is fantastic.

Friendly sales rep, Christian Hall made the process very simple and was in constant contact. Unfortunately the sub-contractors used to build were sub-par at best.

Richmond American Homes did a great job keeping us updated and clearly explaining things every step of the way!

Make sure lender does not change your closing figures. Made me miss out on over $2500 in lender credits and didn’t tell me. Then they pressured me to close by certain day, or else they were going to charge me fees/penalties for the delay. Shady.

At Richmond American Homes it looked and felt like a community. The home has the perfect plan, the staff were amazing, and the process was seamless.

We couldn't be happier with our new Richmond American Home! The layout is absolutely perfect for our family of five, providing everyone with their own space to thrive. The home-buying process was a delight from start to finish, and their mortgage offer was unbeatable in Las Vegas. We wholeheartedly recommend the Stonehaven community for families with two or more kids, as the thoughtful layouts ensure there's plenty of room for everyone to enjoy."
