We had a wonderful experience with all of Richmond's staff and representatives. When we pointed out an item for repair, Richmond did not ask any questions, and they promptly undertook the appropriate action. We would recommend buying a Richmond home.

The quickest closing that we’ve had, less than 3 weeks. Wendy is a gem of Richmond American, she is very knowledgeable and accommodating. Great idea of this builder to have their condo looks like a Single Family Home. We love it here and would recommend to everyone who’s looking for a place to live. I would say this is a thriving community and great for any family who is looking for a place that they can call it home.

Richmond displayed a lack of integrity, prioritizing their interest over homebuyers, they are not here to help you so please always have a realtor with you! Pay for new build home inspection. Look for poor craftsmanship before you even put an offer. Question everything if you choose to buy with them.

His professionalism and attention to detail made me feel confident that I was in good hands.

What also stood out to me was how smooth and seamless the underwriting process was, thanks to Steve!! The entire team worked together flawlessly, and I never felt overwhelmed or confused about any part of the process. Even the builders and closing agent, Monica, Mike and Bryson were wonderful to work with—skilled, kind and approachable!!

Irongate Sales associate Jerry Strum made the home buying process not only easy providing knowledge about the process from beginning to end & also made the process enjoyable. Builder was informative & always available to answer questions & provide guidance as well. Great team !

The team that we worked with was very hands on and responsive.

Clearly, the best builder, but there are minor cost-saving issues that are very bad; I don't understand that reduces their good reputation. But in my book, their work is the best.
