He let us know when he would be calling he waited with ease as I had to put my 3 dogs out the back so he could bring the parcel in and take it to our living room and put it safe till my husband could assemble it very helpful and polite

Disappointing …
They spoke to each other in their own language and not in English which I found rude, they didn’t talk to me unless they wanted something and asked me for knifes and scissors when they couldn’t be bothered to get their own out there tool bags and they left our back door unable to close as they took it off so quickly without much care, they would not listen to my advice when they were putting it back on wrong and were still talking in their own language. Told me someone would call to fix it then drove off and no one called leaving me unable to shut the door to my elderly father’s home.

Poor service
I was not happy with the service. I booked and paid for delivery and door removal. The delivery guys came and had no clue about the door removal. So it was back and forth on the phone with their team, telling me they will have to leave at the front of my back gate or take it back and book another day for both services.
Mind you is a fridge freezer and I needed it urgent to keep my stuffs in. And that delivery was the 2nd attempt already.

The delivery men were very rude, one was on his phone the whole time. Dropped my new appliance through bad handling and then refused to do what their office had informed me that they would do.
