Avoid at all costs
Awful service. I ordered and paid. Order made not processed. Had to call and got arrogant costumer service saying they never got the order but I said I hand the bank transaction ID and PayPal receipt. Took half a day to cancel. Phew saved from these clowns. Avoid this circus

Avoid this horrible company
I would advice all old age pensioners to avoid this company like the plague.
I’ve been spoken to rudely, laughed at and been put on hold for over 20mins by a vile employee called Jess (Jessica)
When asked to speak to a manager or raise a complaint I was told I can’t do this. I’m now seeking advice from trading standards aswell as the financial ombudsman due to the service I have received. When I finally raised a complaint via email someone called Abid Miah has tried to brush the horrible service under the rug and say “we will provide Jess with training” save your money that lady has zero person skills and would be better off healing her unresolved issues that she projects onto vunreble customers

TV set up problems
The two delivery men did their job , they delivered the tv that was it.
I am 80years of age with mobility issues which meant I was unable to set the tv up also I have some sight issues to , so it was a stressful situation
I suggest the delivery men deliver the tv and you have a tv engineer for a reasonable cost to set the tv up in difficult situations like mine , this would solve the problem

Dreadful attitude with regards to…
Dreadful attitude with regards to delivering an American style fridge freezer, telling me "if we cant get it in the front door we're leaving it on the street and you can sort it out"
Order was cancelled and reported back to the insurance company who have now sent an alternative.

Our delivery team must ensure that any appliance can be delivered safely and without causing damage to the property or the appliance. Where safe delivery into the property is not possible, our team are unfortunately unable to leave the appliance in an unsafe or unsuitable location.
We’re sorry that on this occasion we were unable to complete the delivery and that the order subsequently had to be cancelled. We understand that an alternative appliance has now been arranged through your insurance company.
