i have used mitchum deodorant for years however, recently was once of the people to get chemical burns from their 'bad batch'. They have not recalled the product even though they were aware of the issue.

They claim just a change in manufacturing rather than ingredients which seems like misinformation. I had red raw armpits and burns for weeks. When contacted they took 3 weeks to reply, in spite of a 723 promise on their website.

All i was offered was vouchers 'as a gesture of goodwill' Not good enough, especially when these are still on the shelves and can burn other people . I will not be using the vouchers as i do not want to go through that pain again, Disgusted

Mitchum deodorant has caused a rash , followed by extremely painful sore arm pits that lasted quite a long time . Revlon experienced a well publicized issues with the manufacturing of this product and have handled the situation badly. As a result I would not trust their products again - I would suggest you try another brand - there are plenty of others to choose from.

I would give Revlon 0 stars if l could.
This is regarding Mitchum deoderant.
The roll on I bought (not in the listed batch numbers) caused a nasty raction under my arms.
This has caused me a lot of stress.

I contacted Mitchum, and after two weeks I receved a pathtic copy paste reply, with atrocious grammar.

The affected batches have not even been recalled, and are still on the shelves.
Save yourself the pain, and don't risk using it.

I’ve been using Mitchum deodorant for years and it’s always been a great product. Unfortunately I bought one of the bad batch and had itchy uncomfortable red blotches in both arm pits for days. I thought it was an infection but then read it was a known problem. I emailed the company as advised on their website.

I had a really quick reply to say they’d send me vouchers for the value of the product and a feedback form. There was no apology or compensation for the discomfort and inconvenience.

After 2 weeks I received a £3.50 voucher and a letter posted from America. The letter says, ‘we are indeed sorry to learn of the experience you attribute to Mitchum x3 Women roll on, but we are glad to have the opportunity to assist you’.
This was a known product failure yet Revlon put this down to me ‘attributing’ this to their product. This isn’t any form of apology and I’d have thought an international company might be more concerned about their reputation and want to apologise.
They also say, ‘it is our goal to market the highest quality products possible and to satisfy the personal care needs of our consumers. Thank you for taking the time to inform us of your observations. Please be assured your comments have been forwarded to the appropriate personnel.
As a gesture of goodwill we are enclosing a voucher for your use’.
I don’t think refunding the cost of the product is a gesture of goodwill and am really disappointed that Revlon treat their customers this way. I won’t be buying Revlon or Mitchum products again.

I’ve used Mitchum 48h powder fresh roll on deodorant and ended up with horrendous itchy burns under my arms.
I have contacted customer support twice now and still no response.
Absolutely shocking.

Mitchum roll on deodorant burnt my skin. I messaged to ask if there had been a change in formula because I opened it at the same time as starting new medication and wasn't sure which was the issue. Thankfully I found out myself that it was the deodorant and didn't waste my GPs time or worse, come off a much needed medication. I still haven't received a reply from them. I won't be using any of their products going forward.

I have underarm skin irritation from a recognised rogue batch of Mitchum deodorant. Wanted to share evidence of my purchase and experience with Mitchum customer services but they may as well be on another planet in terms of accessibility. I'll keep trying!!!

This review applies to Mitchum roll on, with Revlon being the parent company. My Son and i are using a new roll on, one each, Mitchum 48 hour Ice Fresh. We now both have severe skin irritation, almost like a burn. Both of us are in severe pain and having to use medication to help. I wanted to share pictures with Mitchum for their information. So far, it's been impossible to have a call answered, it's impossible to send a mail as it simply won't accept submission via their website and also no response to social media. I will share the product details with the media to hopefully avoid others suffering the same issue.

Bad experience from your skin tint tried calling on phone over an hour without speaking to anyone sent email had response sent info back then nothing again 3 wks later numerous emails

Purchased revlon colourstay foundation on 16th May which said for normal / dry skin. The result is not dewy but very powdery effect even with a moisturiser underneath. It rubs off very easily. I don’t recommend this product at all.

I use both the foundation and pressed powder. The quality is high and they both last long.

I have used the Creme of Nature Honey Activator for years now, but the last few months I have noticed a change in the formula. The curls are subpar now, the formula makes your hair ashy looking and your hair isn't moisturized like before the change. The little curls you do get don't last but a few hours. I had bragged about this product for years now, have used it on my customers and myself, but I can no longer endorse it after this horrible change. Seems to me, it's all about saving a dollar bill or two, because this product sucks now. Don't waste your money on Creme of Nature Honey curl activator!!! It's not the same!

Mitchum stick deoderant leaves 25% product in the receptacle that can't be used. I contacted them, they told me the deoderants are overfilled to allow 40g of the product to be used and the amount left is excess deoderant! I weighed a full deoderant and a fully used one. The weight stated on the case is 40g product, after using as much as possible from the used stick , only 30g of product is used, therefore you are paying for 30g not 40g . I contacted revlon again and needless to say I have had no reply.

Revlon brush hairdryer overheating after 1 month contacted me and told me that that part of the business was managed by helen of troy and they would forward my complaint to them and i would get a response in 1 or 2 days. & days and no response. I am not sure how these business operate with this level of customer service

used the liquid foundation once before the lid popped off in my makeup bag and leaked on everything... lid would not fit back on and the pump was revealed to be too short to reach even 70% of the way down the bottle anyway

a rip-off in every way! will not buy again

The Rose Glow Primer was a different shade and texture and colour and smell. The customer services depart is shocking. Only replies like a few days later, with a non reply email address, then you can only reply via the contact form, which takes another few days. Just really needs a look at the process of being in 2023.

Bought the new multi styler. The volumising brush is great. The curling tong attachment is awful- you can’t put your hair around it coz it blows off absolute waste of my money. I contacted Revlon again and again get email response with ref no and nothing else. Disgusting service from such a big name
