Only because I can’t give it a zero. I still haven’t received my item or a refund. This company is the worst.

April 2020 I ordered four of the amazing wonder balls ($35.00) after complaining for four months because I had not received my merchandise they sent me four jelly balls that you can buy at the dollar tree for a dollar. Since I did not order the jelly balls and after complaining for another four months eight months total!! this company gave me back ($4.00) This company is a fraud they are dishonest they are rated as one star for a reason. If you look at their reviews they rate a 96% (BAD) = (FRAUD)

this company is a total rip off i ordered a hair trimmer a received a nose hair trimmer in stead they would not accept returns and it took over two months to Arrive

One word: FRAUD!!! Unreliable "company". I've communicated and have received a response via email only however no action from them to solve their mistake for months. Don't order or consider this "company".

Please please please don't buy from this website. Meow punch is a total scam. Took 2 months for the item to arrived but it's not the same as advertised. When I requested a refund, they said they sent the correct item! What a bunch of scammers.

Ordered three of the ice silk bras back in May and just received them this week. Item isn’t even what is pictured, very similar but not the same product advertised. Emailed them about returns and they said they do not issue refunds at all.

I ordered an eyebrow stamp in May which after mithering on several occasions eventually arrived at the end of July in the form of a tiny eyeshadow- no stamp! Emailed to complain 2 times now and still haven’t come back to me with anything other than they have passed it on! Bloody ridiculous - something like £15 for this £1 looking brown eyeshadow! Very disappointed and I’m awaiting a refund!

Ordered two strapless bras and followed all the measurements. After waiting a long time, they finally arrived and were so small. Contacted customer service, who replied right away and said I was outside of their return window. I believe it's 10 days (which always means business days). I received product on August 11 and wrote to them first thing on the 23rd. No leniency or even offer of a store credit. I would be willing to send them back too. AWFUL, DECEPTIVE company. DO NOT ORDER.

O reviews. Remove the one review too. Disgusting and horrible. I ordered a selfie ring light for my iPhone but never get it. They r scam and fraud. I ordered on March and now it’s August. I have already left hope of receiving my order. Plus their customer service is so bad that they never response your email. Total Fraud!! Avoid them.

DON'T BUY ANYTHING from these people. FRAUD!! Worst customer service and shopping experience ever!! I waited months to receive my order after contacting them several times. I had even given up already on receiving my order. My order finally arrived today after months. Well...I'm so disappointed and disgusted. I ordered 3 strapless bras. Size "Large". These bras are a joke. The band only reaches halfway around my chest. They don't fit. They're also stained by something. Only one of the 3 bras was wrapped in plastic. Why? Why only wrap one. Customer service is non-existent. They never ever reply. Waste of money.

Scam. I ordered two semi-permanent colouring conditioners back in early June. What I received two months later were two permanent colour creams that require a 1:1 mix with developer cream. A fact I only ascertained by searching the web for instructions as there were no English language instructions provided, just rather alarming English safety warnings.

You are a scam company who dosen't bother to State your product comes from China. I ordered April 6th and my order just came and it is not even what I ordered. I was charged $19.95 for 3 large jump on balls & got $0.75 worth of nothing called Jelly Balls. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON. Waited 4 MONTHS for pure junk...could have bought 4 for $1 anywhere!!

If there was no stars I will give it none!!! Total disappointment! Ordered some stuff back in May and still waiting for them. I e-mail the support team and still have not had an answer. I understand the hard times we are living in right now and that the mail is delayed but they should at least take the time to answer to their customers! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!! TOTAL RIP OFF AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I ordered a bra in May. I received it, but the thing is so tiny, it wouldn’t fit my 4 year old niece. I emailed them at least 25 times, they refuse to respond.
