Zero stars if that would be possible. Everyone is right. This is a scam. From China. Cleo is a cheap chap stick in a pink box with cute excessive advertising. You don’t like it, it has to be sealed in the box for them to accept a refund and then yes you will have to ship it to China and pay more in shipping than what you paid for the product. Dispute your transaction with your credit card. That’s the way to go. This is a total scam

Also doesn’t anyone feel this is odd that on their own website the reviews are 4.9 stars but there is NO possibility to actually review your purchase? Those are premade and probably compensated reviews that are set and one can’t add on to them. 4.9 on their site 1.2 here with everyone honest to tell the truth about the companies dishonest proctored and the fact that the products are cheap, useless and mediocre

Wish I had seen these reviews before wasting my money, no confirmation email of order and no response from trying to contact them via email.
ordered flameless candle set of 2, not received.

The first time I ordered the flickering candles no problem. The item was fine. So I ordered two more sets.
They took my money but a month later I have still not receive my order. I ALWAYS THOUGHT THAT WAS THEFT

total scam - do not buy online - returns have to go to China and likely you will either not see the refund as the items appear to missing in the Chinese Customs system.....also they will constantly send you pathetic replies..saying they will review when received ..guess what they don't receive the returned goods so they they refuse refund. I will try and go through my credit card provider to legally pursue them REVIEW DO NOT BUY

Haven't really tried their other products but I genuinely like the corrector serum. It was not super good where I see results instantly but I do notice a gradual improvement.

That green tea pore stick you see on commercials that TOTALLY removes blackheads?? Total 8ullsh!t. It's a rip off and the company is a scam. Trying to save other people from being scammed by this place.

This company is a scammer. The product is not good. They sent a defective cream, refuse to refund me the money.

The product is nothing more than a chapstix. I paid stupid money and you can get it on eBay and amazon at a fraction of the price. Please save your money. If you want a nice perfumed chapstix continue and buy. If you are expecting it to do what it claims by smearing it on your face stay well clear.

It's a chinese company and 100% made in china. They make the refund process so complicated that you can't even get a refund. They take forever to respond and send you computer generated responses that only irritate you.
None of their products do what they claim. china is not known for cosmetic quality, who knows what is in these products. Save your money and do not purchase!!!!

I have been waiting for my order for a month. Now I get a notification that it was delivered but I haven't received anything. Tried calling and they're always closed!!! What a ripoff!!

Never received my paid for product. It says it was delivered 12 days ago and I've been home. No one delivered anything. Tried calling the number for customer service and it isnt registered.... I've sent them and email with screen shots of info from Canada Post and hopefully I can get what I paid for sooner then later, or atleast a full refund!!! I will be doing a second review/update on what all happens after today.

When trying to return an item that they have over priced for at least a quarter of the price you can get all products on eBay!!! Just putting it out there
You pay max £5 for delivery fine but when you want to return an item they tell you to post it back to them which cost at least £30+ ????? Yet you paid £5??? Scam go on eBay and wipe these #*^%><€$** out of business although they’re probably running both at least on eBay a 10th of the price for EXACTLY the same product. You can’t phone them the number is not recognised and via email they tell you to send it back yet the return cost more than the product. They know that. It’s awful for anyone to cheat people out of anything sell a good product at a good price smashed it but no greedy people not only charge the earth make it impossible to send back who in their right minds would pay more to send something back than the product is worth and there’s the scam. On the bright side look on eBay x
