Mitchum stick deodorant (made by Revlon). Well over one-third of this deodorant stick is unusable! To be precise, 39% of it must go to waste.

The container is screwed out to expose the product for use, but the lower part of the stick cannot be used as it is secured to the dispenser. I was shocked to weigh this unusable product at 16g compared with Revlon's labelled weight of 41g -- ie 39% is wasted.

This means that well over one-third of Mitchum product goes to pollute the environment, together with a plastic container which is contaminated waste unless the consumer digs it out and washes the container, not an easy job. Otherwise the container is contaminated and cannot be recycled.

Needless to say we don't buy Revlon/Mitchum again as we resent paying for something that is almost half going to waste/pollution.

Bought a hot air styler. Used it for the first time and within 5 minutes it’s set on fire! The top has actually melted off the bottom! And the barrel started to smoke and it’s singed my hair off. Do not recommend. Emailed customer and had 0 response. I would have thought they would have emailed back and recalled the product at least.

Oh and they also removed my post from their Facebook wall

I have a faulty Revlon One Step that has a 4 year warranty. I have contacted Revlon regarding this but they closed my case before the issue was resolved. I tried to contact them again but they’ve totally ignored me. There seems to be no way of contacting them and THEY DO NOT FULFILL THEIR WARRANTY OBLIGATIONS!😡😡😡

Cutex ( made by Revlon) spot on Jelly nail varnish remover at £4 a bottle just does not do what it says on the packet! I have never come across such an awful N/V remover! It takes an age to remove varnish and it’s sticky. The instructions on the bottle say ‘ remove with cotton…..?’ The word wool seems to be missing 🙃 Maybe that where I went wrong! I should have removed varnish with a strip of cotton… oops ! Thought I’d mention that I’m a nail technician so I know what I’m talking about.

I have never purchased products from this company yet they keep sending me solicitor letters even do I have told them in many occasion to stop, I’m so stress now I am to take them to court for stress, I never use their products and I never will based on the terrible stressful experiance with them

I bought a Revlon hairbrush 1 year ago and it is not working anymore, I can't get the warranty. I send email to Revlon and they said:
“Unfortunately we aren't able to process a warranty replacement for your product. Our product are not sold in the United Kingdom. They are not to be used outside the US or Canada they are not made to handle a power-source change.
Due to these recommendations, using any unit in this manner will void the limited warranty. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.”

If I bought it at Boots pharmacy in the UK, how do they sell this product then if they can't?

I bought a colorbomb from Revlon to “dye” my hair brown and it turned completly green/blue. Afterwards I went to a hairdresser and spend 1.200 DKK to get red hair (which I really didn’t want) just to get the green/blue color out... i wrote an e-mail to Revlon two months ago and I still haven’t received any reply... I’m very disapointed with their products and customer service. DON’T BUY THEIR COLORBOMBS !!!!!

after using color bomp 411 brown my has turned completely green, as well as the rinse water. WHAT HAPPENS!! took to hairdresser they try to pull out the green color x2 paid 4000 danish kr.
as well as coloring it in a new hairdresser color. and it still has a green shade .. is so happy. that I want to sue revelon for ruining one's hair ... there are several with the same experience .. so we may stand together ...

I used a hair mask with pigments. It was supposed to make my hair brown, but after one wash it was green! It has now been green for a month. So mad

Ultimate All-In-One waterproof mascara not fit for purpose ! It smudges ,leaving panda eyes in dry conditions, definitely not waterproof.

Amazing!! my hair texture was so smooth after using this new hairdryer I threw my old one out.
