I would use and recommend thiis service without reservation. The receptionist, Vicky was v. helpful. I was kept updated about them receiving, repairng and dispatching my iPhone. I had it returned to my workplace, colleagues were also surprised with the turn-around time - 2 days!

Every thing just perfect, very helpful on the phone, great service, but will be a hole lot better if you could pay over the phone instead of this bacs stuff. for me this is very awkward...!!! I know your working on that..

My iphone 3gs needed a new battery plus the rear case had the very common small crack coming from the charging port. Posted and returned with in a week. The repair has been done to a very high standard. Repairs4 kept informed of the progress of the repair, by phone and email. The only part of the service that could be inproved is making the payment for repairs. ie by taking payment over the the phone with a debit card. I used Paypal when I placed the order but due to a problem at repairs4 for my Payment was refunded. That said I would recommend you to use Repairs4 and if my phone needs repair again, I will use them.

I would recommend this company as they repaired my phone within two days. Very efficient.

Really helpful. Very good repair at a reasonable price with good gurantee. I had a replacement screen for i pod touch. Communication via both E mail and availability over the phone.

I was very wary of posting my sons iPhone and iPod to someone to fix, you hear all kinds of horror stories about non repair, non receipt of item, non return of item.. Extra supposed added items that need replacing.
I rang the company first as it was very important we had the phone back fast as my son needs a phone at all times for medical reasons. The gentleman I spoke to was really helpful and understanding, even offered to repair the phone first and separately to the iPod as the were waiting for iPod screens to arrive.
I bit the bullet and posted them off after completing the online request form. They rang me when the received the items, ran me to say they were fixing them, rang when they were done, and to confirm they'd received payment. I cannot believe the amazing service they provided- second to none! I would seriously recommend this company to anyone. Perfect

I smashed my Iphone 4 screen whilst working on a building site, They had it repaired as new in 2 hours!!! Excellent!

I found the process of ordering, sending and collecting my phone easy and hassle free. I was near enough to be able to collect my phone and the service was great.

After a series of fault with the phone its finally working at present and will test the rest of the week wihile out in the van, the after care service from the repair was excellent, the phone still had issues which was resolved free of charge when returned to them under warrenty.

GAVE THEM A CALL AND ASKED IF I COULD DROP IN MY PHONE AS I LIVE IN LOCAL AREA, THIS WAS NO PROBLEM AND THEY CALLED A FEW HOURS LATER TO SAY IT WAS DONE! FANTASTIC JOB AND A GREAT PRICE .

Sent off my ipod and within 4 days I got it back with the screen replaced, looking brand new and with no extra costs or expenses. Its a great quick service and one of the cheapest I have found.

Sent my smartphone for 'correction' after a firmware problem developed. My first time with them as a customer and am happy to recommend them for service and support.

I dropped my phone off after a full washing machine cycle. Unfortunately not surprisingly it was unrepairable but they kept me updated regularly and were most helpful. I would definitely use them again.

I took my Son's iPhone into Repairs4 in person at around 08:40am as iithe phone needed the screen replacing and a new jack to be fitted. The lady in the office was very friendly and polite and she told me that she would call me on my mobile as soon as the repair was completed. I received a call later that morning which enabled me to collect the phone whilst I was still in Felixstowe which saved me an extra journey the next day. I was really impressed with the fantastic service.
