I dropped an ipod in to be fixed they re arranged work to get it fixed that day and I recieved a call 90 minutes later to tell me it was ready and charged what I was quoted . I would definately use again and highly recommend this company to anyone, thanks.

I was a little dubious about sending my beloved iPhone off in the post, but Repairs4 Ltd were brilliant. Good communications by email and telephone and checked with me before carrying out repairs. They even told me one of the 'faults' was just a loose head phone jack, tightened it up and didn't charge me. My phone was back with me in full working order in a matter of days. Brilliant service!

This company provides a service of a good price, but also has a brilliant customer service; after being in contact with them through email a few times I would always receive a quick response which would always provide the relevant information and advice. Will definitely use again!

I sent my phone off and was very cautious because the reason it was in such a mess is because I took it to a stall in the first place. The customer service team were very polite and did everything they could to help me And made the process so quick.

Everyone knows how annoying it is without a phone but these guys work so fast.

I sent my iPad with its smashed screen to Repair4 on Saturday after booking it online. Received a courtesy call Monday saying it had been received and UPS turned up Friday with a fully fixed working iPad. Great service and much more convenient than trekking to an Apple store. Well packaged when returned as well and really good tracking service too. Would highly recommend.

Phone repaired quickly and returned straight away without any problems. Was kept informed the whole time excellent service. Why can't more companies provide service like this?!

I must say that I was impressed with the level of service this company provided. I sent my sons phone recorded delivery (very important to do ) and was presently surprised to be contacted by a very friendly customer service lady to say that it had been received and was being processed by the companies engineers. Once the work had been completed the company rang me again to say it would be posted back to me that day. I received the phone a day after the call and am very pleased with the workmanship. Keep up the good work and maintain that customer service because it’s important. Oh and give your service staff a pay rise! Not many like that out there.

I rang to find out when I can get my phone fixed I was told tomorrow I was then asked what time I was dropping the phone off I said around 9.30 so the next day I went all the way to Felixstowe from ipswich to take my phone in and was told the part is not in until 12 noon when on the phone they said the part was there , so I was asked if I wanted to leave the phone or bring it back later I said I would take it away as I have no communication with my 2 boys if the school rings so in the end I went to and from Felixstowe to ipswich 3 times used loads of petrol and wasted the joke day waiting around wasn't happy
