Repairs4 Lmited 

We needed the front glass on our Ipad replacing, gave them a call and they informed me that there may be a delay as the part was not available but would be couriered next day.
I actually dropped off my Ipad at the centre to a very helpful lady and we agreed a couple of days for collection as I had other commitments. I had forgotten about another appointment on the agreed day and Repairs4 came up trumps and delivered a day earlier, actually on the date that I had been given over the phone.
Excellent customer service and communication via email.
Ipad is now back to perfect.

My order was slightly delayed being returned, but when I contacted them to queery this, Rebecca from the customer service department was very helpful. She did everything she possibly could have to help and ensured us that my phone would be sent back as soon as possible. Not only that, but the reason for the delay was that Repairs4 were checking over my device to make sure that no damage was done to the device apart from the obvious external damage. Rebecca phoned when she said she would, she sent me a photograph of the colour to make sure that it was okay before the conversion was done, and she altered the delievery to make sure it was back to me when I needed it.

From the minute I contacted these guys they were efficient, friendly, knowledgable and speedy! Hope I don't have to use them again, one can only drop a iPhone in the loo once, but if I had to, I would! You saved my phone! Thank you!

Even though they couldn't repair my iPhone 3GS, they did perform a complete check to see if they could indeed repair it.
They differ from other companies as they do not charge for an inspection.
Phone returned very quickly.

Very easy process. Posted off damaged phone, they phoned and emailed to say it had arrrived and repaired phone arrived back in the 3-5 days they had promised. can't fault it. Good service

Having cracked the screen on my trusty old iphone 3GS I called repairs4 one Tuesday morning to see how quick they could get it done; I was in need of a pretty fast turnaround to get over to Felixstowe have the repair done to then get back to pick the kids up from school and as its my only day off and need my phone for work the sending off of the phone was not an option. The guy on the phone assured me it would be done within the required time so I dashed over (about half an hour from home) was greeted well - professionally and courteously - and after explaining the conversation I'd had on the phone earlier left the phone in their capable hands. Half an hour later I returned (maybe a wee bit sooner as I was probably a bit keen to get on) and although it wasn't quite ready the very nice lady made me a cup of tea while I waited. Having been to the viewing point on the beach while I waited in the fierce wind that
tea was a dream. I still managed to get back in plenty of time and was only marginally poorer for the experience too. Excellent service, value and tea.

Straightforward process & phone returned repaired. Slow service - took 12 days to be received back and had to chase for updates on repair :(

I needed a battery change on my iphone a really good service, a bonus is if you use their UPS collection and delivery.

3rd time I have used these guys and would happily use again. Email communication received timely throughout and even received a call to say they had the device.

Posted my IPhone 4S, with damaged screen, on Monday and received a phone call the next day to confirm it had been received. I received the repaired phone on the Friday, excellent service.

I would thoughly recommend this Company the cost of the repair was very responsble but was excellent and the phone was returned in a matter of days.

I sent my phone for repair and received it back very quickly. A good company to do business with.

I went into the office and a friendly lady greeted me, I told her the problems with 2 devices, she explained what they were likely to do, she knew exactly what she was talking about. She said they would to be ready within 2 days and they were. Fantastic support for a very competitive price.

My son broke the screen on his iPod. Instructions were clear on website, sent iPod to be repaired able to track where the iPod was from being received, repaired and shipped back. Brilliant service. Will use again if needed.

I would defiantly reccomened taking your phone here, smashed my screen n they fixed it really fast.

Had a look at a few companies to see which was one the best value and one that looked trustworthy. Reasonable priced service, you knew where your phone was all the time and it came back so quickly. Have already recommended to other cracked screen iPhone users.

this is the second time i used repairs4, had a phone running down within 24 hours tried a new battery still wouldnt last any longer. so i thought the phone had a short circuit.
so arranging a repair with repairs4 was my first choice, they put the phone on test and found the phone was running down quick they tested the circuits and found no problems,
they then had a look at some apps and found several embedded in the phone that were running continuously and running the phone down.
now why was this so great, they only charged for the delivery service back to me as they had not carried out a repair, brilliant a firm that does not fleece you, when they could so easily do so.
