Excellent communication throughout the buying process, and very positive response to requests for upgrades. When I received the laptop there was a small fault with the casing. Sam immediately arranged for the laptop to be returned to his worktop, repaired and sent back promptly - all now perfect. You can buy with total confidence from this firm.

I came across this company after looking for a MacBook Air locally. I saw this company is situated only a couple of miles so presumed there was potential for a quick sale. I called the number and a helpful chap (Sam) said they had a MacBook Air in stock. Regrettably they were not set up for collection so I agreed for next day delivery before 12pm.

I waited in until 1pm the next day eagerly waiting delivery. Nothing came. I dropped an email to Sam to ask when I might expect delivery. Sam had to install a new hard drive and some memory, and I doing so missed the dispatch window for next day. At this point I thought it would have been helpful to at least inform me. I'll give Sam his due, he kindly offered a 12 mont extension to the warranty.

Sam then promised it would be with me the next day (2 days after order). I changed plans so that I could be around to accept the delivery. Again 12pm arrived and no MacBook. I dropped Sam another note and he informed me that it would be delivered by 2.30pm. To his promise it did arrive in the early afternoon.

With huge anticipation and excitement, I opened the package and to my surprise there was no power cable. After all this wait I now had a MacBook but no way of charging it for use.

I gave Sam another call and I made suggestion that I swing by his registered office to collect it. A simple oversight one might think. Sam called me back a few minutes later and said that the charger had been dispatched to another customer who bought another MacBook. Sam apologised and committed to order one on Amazon and have it sent to me next day. For the first time in the process, it arrived on the day and time Sam promised.

Overall, the customer service was poor. Communication was satisfactory and the product itself as described - A grade condition. If you're looking for a good quality and good value product, I commend Refurbished Laptops to you. If you need it in a hurry, or perhaps need the whole product delivered in one go, I'd reconsider.

I have used this site before and always the results have been excellent. This time is no exception.

The product is good. Communication not so good. I thing this is an honest outfit, doing good standard of work, but not yet good on keeping customer informed of progress.
In the end, pleased with the product, would use them again. but would need to "expedite" more closely to be kept informed

Con artists, they have taken £530 pounds from mt PayPal but no acknowledgement to order, all 5 emails are being returned, phone goes to answerphone and they don’t reply to messages.
Have requested refund through PayPal now, fingers crossed!

Ordered a Dell Latitude before Christmas for my son, advertised as 8GB RAM, when received the laptop only had 4GB, I called the office and let them know and was told 2 modules would be sent out, this never arrived. I sent a feedback form again requesting the memory be sent out and its still not been received.

This was not the first time the advertised spec was not the spec received although on the previous occasion the issue was satisfactorily resolved.

Would have reservations about purchasing from here again due to poor customer service

Device arrived late, and had to chased up. A function didn't work, so replacement arrived, which didn't work. I went to a local dealer/repairer, and when opened in front of me, the hard drive was not attached with screws, but held in with cardboard. I paid for the repair, and will never use this company again, as it is not the company it used to be in previous years
