My laptop arrived within the timeframe specified on the website, along with another one that had been sent to my address by accident. My laptop appeared to be in great condition but failed to boot when I turned it on, and the charger supplied didn't have a UK plug. On ringing customer support, this was all promptly ironed out. The issue with the laptop was solved (the newly installed SSD had become disconnected during transit) and a plug was sent next day in the post. Overall I am happy as my laptop is in great condition and works well, and the problems were all dealt with in a prompt and friendly manner.

My company placed a bulk order of 7 thinkpads and all arrived in very good condition although there were some delays due to the COVID-19 situation, which was expected. I was really impressed by the quality of the laptops and they felt almost like new Laptops! Also, Sam was quite helpful in providing us with another licence when one of the windows licences wasn't activated.

Great laptops at great prices. Yes they may have a few scratches (all clearly documented in the descriptions) but nothing major. In fact, nothing more than you'll add yourself through general usage.

Then consider what you're buying. A great laptop that won't break the bank but comes with a great spec and a warranty in case something goes wrong.

The service is great too, a real bend over backwards to keep the customer happy outfit. Highly recommended.

First time I've purchased a refurbed laptop - and I am really pleased with it!
We had some delay in delivery due to the current situation and an oversight of a power lead - however Sam dealt with the issue in a very efficient manner with excellent communication.

Ordered the laptop and 10 days later still no laptop had arrived. Phoned again and the laptop person could not remember the sale. He promised to send within 48 hrs and apologised. After 48 hours still no lap top. Phoned again and he forgot phone me to say that he had had trouble loading the software on it and apologised for not phoning me and telling me. Promised delivery the next day. It came the next day and the laptop does everything he promised me (plus an upgrade for my inconvenience). Good product but too many phone calls to get it right.

Good product. Reasonable price. There was a bit of a delay in delivery, understandable in the current circumstances, but Refurbished Laptops did every thing they could to ensure satisfaction and I appreciated the service.

I have purchased from this company on several occasions without any problems, however on this occasion there was a delay and slight lack of communication but they went above and beyond to rectify it and I highly recommend there company and service.

Such a pity.
I wanted to use a locally based business and give it my support.
I tried - and failed. I never even got as far as receiving a computer.
Having 'trolled' through the laptops on their website. Opening sites, only to find a fair proportion of the items to then be "out of stock".
I persevered - eventually settling on a couple, but wanted more information. That was like getting blood out of a stone. All three voicemail options proved "full" and my calls were terminated.
I sent an email on the Thursday prior to the bank holiday weekend.
Getting no reply, I managed to make contact by phone on the TUESDAY morning.
I ordered two laptops shown as "In stock". But one wasn't !
"I can order it in", I was told. The next day delivery would more than likely be the latter part of the week. I went ahead on that premis and was told that I would receive a confirmatory call by lunchtime.
Lunchtime came - went . . . . . as did Wednesday/Thursday.
FRIDAY . . . I managed to make contact. "Oh - I mean't to call you, I can't get that model. I can get the one before it."
Quite why ? I know not - but I went ahead and ordered it.
"I'll phone you back by lunchtime to confirm it."
I think you can guess the rest.
The laptops might be good - I'll never know - I cancelled both laptops.
Poorly managed and inefficient I feel best sum up this company. . . . shame.

After a less than perfect initial experience with this company, they have now rectified all my issues.
I finally have a very nicely refurbished laptop.
I suspect they were overwhelmed with business when lockdown hit, and struggled as a result.
They came good in the end!

The enhanced resolution replacement screen I ordered wasn't available so a better screen was fitted at no extra cost. After that was agreed, the laptop arrived in good time and was in very good condition. There was a delay in receiving the additional battery I purchased but that may have been due to the difficult conditions arising from the coronavirus pandemic. Overall I was very satisfied with their service.

The Lenovo Thinkpad T440p was accurately described and I am very pleased.

I like Lenovo and as refurbished units (for which I have several now) they have a certain longevity, trouble is that means I don't replace them often (my oldest machine is over 25 years old and still running Win 95).

I think I'm returning customer, it's been so long, I'm not sure, but hope that's taken as a recommendation.
