Needed the HP elite X2 tablet and didnt have enough funds for a new one. I googled where to buy a refurbished tablet and boom, refurbished was the only website that had one that was within my budget.
Although I was sceptical, I decided to go for it as I had no other choice. Payment was made through paypal and was my first comfort.
Order was placed on Saturday and got my order on Thursday in time to embark on an urgent business trip.
I'm satisfied with my purchase. The tablet is in much better condition than I would have dreamed of.
I'm xtremely pleased with my purchase.
I must commend Sam or the customer service rep, he is true to his word.
I'll recommend him and the company.

Service and follow up excellent, computer and new hardrive with me

Supplied great laptop in first class condition with extras added as requested. Took just over a week to arrive as there were modifications to make and their service would have been even better if they could have kept me informed of progress.

The service i have received is first class. I was kept informed on my order from the order to the delivery of the product. The product itself is excellent and is better than described. I am very happy with the laptop and feel i have got a bargain.Will defiantly be using Refurbished Laptops again and will recommend to my friends.

I have always been extremely satisfied with the service, speed and quality of the laptops supplied. I have bought at least 6 over the past few years from them.
This time there was a fault with one of the keys and I had to ask for a replacement machine. There was no quibble about the replacement, although they struggled to get it to me as quickly as we both wished. In the end all was well. They do answer the phone, and are always helpful and deliver what they promise. I will be back!

It took over a week to get to me which I thought a bit long, but now it's here it was worth the wait. It's fast and in good condition with good battery life.

Laptop ordered and money taken.

After nine days, no laptop and no contact. I emailed the company for an explanation. No reply.

Four days later, I contacted them again, this time via the website. I was told the laptop I ordered had a faulty keyboard and they were waiting for a replacement. They promised to send me a higher-spec laptop the next day by way of apology.

Five days later, still no laptop. I messaged the company asking them to cancel my order and refund me. No reply.

Six days later, I rang the company. They claimed that the second, replacement laptop also had a faulty keyboard and was awaiting a replacement. They promised to send me a better laptop the next day or refund me.

Two days later, the laptop finally arrived.

In fairness, the laptop itself seems fine. I have no problem with it. My problem is entirely with the dreadful service.

There's just no excuse for ignoring messages from a paying customer. I've had no explanation for why they sold me a laptop before checking that it worked, and they certainly should have contacted me when they found out my order would be delayed. But the thing that takes the biscuit is that, after I complained, they apologized but then did the exact same things all over again - even down to the same excuse about the keyboard! Seriously??

I'm sorry, but there's no way I could use this company again.

I have just purchased a Grade A Dell lap top from Refurbished Laptops based at Green Gables Salisbury when it arrived I unpacked it and was amazed at the condition even though it was listed as a Grade A you could not see any marks on it .the only problem i had was having to wait for them to be supplied with the memory upgrade i requested.I would have no problem in recommending them and will certainly use the again.

I've revised my review as I did get my laptop after some chasing, small business so some delays may be expected, Sam agrees that customer communication needs to be improved and will hopefully implement better Comms going forwards, laptop arrived well packaged, no major complaints at this time
