I brought a zodiac necklace a couple of months ago which I absolutely love but the chain broke. I contacted the customer service team and they promptly sent a replacement. Excellent communication and I am so please I can wear it again.

Excellent customer service! I bought an initial necklace in August last year and recently noticed the chain had become knotted and stringy, and appeared to be on the verge of snapping. I contacted customer services and Daisy arranged for a replacement chain to be sent to me free of charge. Thank you!

I recently contacted Rachel Jackson customer service as a necklace I had bought had broken. It was a limited edition Choose Love necklace for charity and was no longer available. After discussing if the chain could be fixed, they offered to send me a replacement of a new Choose Love necklace which is slightly different to the one I had but beautiful also. They were quick to respond and so helpful and I haven't had such a positive customer service experience in a very long time. Couldn't recommend them enough and their jewellery is beautiful

I love all the designs but the pieces don’t last. Two pairs of expensive earrings have been worn a couple of times and cared for as advised and are completely tarnished. This has happened on my necklaces too.

There are so many things I could about this brand but I’ll keep it short: stunning design, exceptional quality, beautiful, affordable and best of all : exceptional customer experience. There are not Botts at RJ : super helpful, super responsive, super human and in a class of their own. Treat yourself . Treat a loved one and have totally peace of mind you are buying from an ethical and delightful business

The necklace I received was damaged. Returned it for a refund but the original postage was not refunded. So I basically ended up spending £3.50 just to be disappointed. Strange business model. Won’t buy from here again.

Great customer service and ptoduct

I'm a big fan of this jewellery and ordered a couple of pieces in the most recent sale. After wearing one of my necklaces from this purchase the pendant fell to the ground and it was apparent the chain had snapped. I had only worn this twice and there had been no obvious damage so I thought I would email in to feedback and to see if I could get a new chain. Clearly they could have thought I had pulled it myself but they didn't question that at all, they offered a replacement and it arrived the very next day. Brilliant customer service Rachel Jackson..!

I ordered a few pieces from the Dina Tokio collection and was given an incorrect item. I reached out to customer service to correct the issue and received AMAZING help from Daisy and the RJ team. She responded promptly and also shipped the correct item to me right away. I love all the pieces I have and can't wait to purchase more in the future!

I ordered the Long Momento Silver Locket Necklace and received it about a day and half later. It is beautiful, clean and just as described. The locket hinge is sturdy and feels like a solid piece of jewellery. I am so pleased with the speed of delivery and thrilled with the item. Good value for money and I would definitely buy again.

I bought the beautiful silver mini T bar necklace as a finishing uni gift. It was stunning. Unfortunately I hadn’t checked the length and it was too short for the recipient ( completely my error) I got in touch with customer care and explained my problem. I had a message straight back from a wonderful lady called Sarah. She helped me to send it back, put it on another chain, re packaged it and sent it straight back to me. I can not thank her enough. I’ve never known such excellent service, she went above and beyond. The new chain was the perfect length and looks beautiful on. Thank you Sarah. X

My daughters bought me a birthstone necklace for my 50th birthday. It needed repairing a couple of years later and they kindly said they would repair it for me. Sadly it was during lockdown and on its return the parcel was lost in the post. After a few postal hiccups no fault of RJ They didnt hesitate in sending me another. They have been amazing throughout. I love my necklace x

I brought a sunburst style gold plated necklace and matching earrings over 2 years ago from John Lewis. I live in them, I've worn them constantly, even during a holiday when I wore them in the sea and they are still in perfect condition. Would definitely recommend.

My order with them was an utter debacle from start to finish - I'd advise anyone to actively avoid this company.

I placed an order through Selfridges for “guaranteed” next day delivery for my mother’s birthday; it didn’t arrive, the tracking link didn’t work, no one answered the phone, Selfridges couldn’t get a response from them either...it finally arrived a day late and it was the wrong item! No responses to countless calls, social media messages etc so I resorted to emailing every person listed on their website for a reply. They acknowledged it had been a disaster - where I ended up without a jewelry gift to give to my mother on her landmark birthday - so they offered a 20% discount on my next order…as if I’ll ever order with them again!! They ruined what should have been a lovely gift.

The company seems utterly dysfunctional and don’t care one bit about customer service. In contrast, the item I bought from a competitor arrived without a hitch: correct item, on time, well packaged and with tracking info. Everything Rachel Jackson seems incapable of doing.

Please AVOID this company and buy elsewhere, from somewhere that cares about customers and puts things right when they’ve got it so disastrously wrong.
