Excellent saving platform! This platform gives you ability to save on your daily groceries. Had something similar in my previous job, which was considered a bonus. Really happy that thanks to this app I can continue saving on groceries from Tesco. Furthermore they got a great Customer Service, had a tiny issue and it was resolved promptly. Thank you!

Came across this app, first day had issue but the team were helpful. Cashback appears straightaway on the app compared to others. Minimum balance of £5 before can withdraw. But look forward to saving, wish I came across it sooner.

The app is easy to navigate, it's very easy to buy and top up gift cards, check gift card balance, and track your savings. It allows you to identify where you could have saved more money by using gift cards, which is super handy. I've been using this for months and now it's the only way I pay for my food shopping! Doesn't save me a fortune but every little helps!
Customer service is great too. I was having an issue with the app and they responded super quickly to help me troubleshoot and resolve the issue.

Very happy with cheddar. I receive my cashback as soon as I buy my gift card. Any issues I have are always resolved by the team. There is an incentive with using cheddar as your primary gift card app with percentage boosts on streaks.

Honestly I thought this couldn't be real when I first stumbled across it, but c.£350 cash back in six months for shopping I absolutely would have done anyway is amazing. Really easy to use. Really good options on there. It's my first place to come for any purchases.

There was an issue with my voucher updating, but i contacted the helpline and this was resolved, I added my opinion on how things could be improved and they agreed, but bottom line ....I had a problem and they sorted it, I always think that it's only when you have an issue that you truly find out if a company is good or bad..in this case it's good

Great support from the Cheddar team. I had an issue with a transaction that wasn’t usually eligible for a refund, but they took the time to investigate and managed to resolve it. A positive experience overall and good to see a team willing to go the extra mile for their users.

Quick purchasing, gift cards are valid right after the purchase. There was an issue with a brand and I didn't need the gift card anymore so I've got refund from Cheddar in two or three business days. Immediate redeem of cashback

This is hands down the best app for getting cashback for me, I’ve saved hundreds over the past year and I like that I can also track my spending too. It is really easy to contact customer service and they are always really friendly and resolve any queries I have quickly. I have never had any issues redeeming gift cards and it is really easy to link your bank and buy a gift card/voucher to use in stores and online. I have also found the top up feature with Tesco handy when I do my weekly top up shops. Would highly recommend :)

The process of getting giftcards is very simple and I've easily incorporated into my supermarket shopping system (use scan as you go as then you know exactly how much gift card to buy). The gift card buying process is very quick so you can just wait till the self checkout if you wanted. The cashback is instant into your Cheddar account and then it's a few quick taps and then it's in your bank account. I have truly saved a lot of money using this service.

New user to Cheddar but so far I have been impressed. Simple enough to use and the instant cashback is great, and much better than cashback sites like TopCashback which takes a while to confirm the cashback amount. Speedy customer service as well - I had a query about a New Look gift card following return of an order and this was dealt with promptly. 5/5
