Well to be fair....
Well to be fair all my transactions are dealt with by my financial advisor and so far Quilter have performed well in dealing with my withdrawals except once when there was confusion over the frequency of withdrawals where it should have been annually but was wrongly withdrawn monthly. Situation was sorted by my financial advisor and Quilter reacted accordingly.

Clear and efficient service.
I recently transferred an old workplace pension to my Quilter pension account. The process was made easy to follow and all documents were well explained.
The Quilter online platform makes viewing and managing things much easier than any previous pension provider I have used.

I have serious concerns
I have serious concerns on how Quilter are dealing with a query from my father on a bond following the death of my mother. No one is coming back to him, no questions are being answered and this is causing him significant stress in what is already a very difficult time. Do better

Quilter review on service and website portal
Via my Financial Adviser, Quilter is use to carry out my pension investments, and via the Quilter website portal, it is very easy to view all documentation as each transaction is processed, and other documentation with regards statements on my Pension and on the company. The Quilter website portal is user friendly, and I feel confident with my investments.
