Great long term support with spares and add ons for your trolley.

I bought my second electric cart from pro-trolley and I ma very pleased with the product, sales team where very helpful in getting me a good deal and I am really pleased with the improvements , particularly happy with the USB charger on the unit as now my GPS never has to run out whilst on the course.

I live in Spain and as a hobby repair electric golf trolleys for my friends and neighbours at the Golf Club. The single most difficult is finding the replacement parts I need.
Protrolley do try harder with easy to use webpage and stocking parts more difficult to find elsewhere.

I phoned pro trolley and could not have had better assistance from the sales staff. So helpful and I could not believe it when the trolley arrived next day. I have the ultra, have used it half a dozen times now and am impressed. Very good value, would highly reccomend.

Excellent polite service with a fast delivery

I just bought a new battery and charger for my golf trolley. I got it from Pro Trolley at a good price and no extra charge for delivery to the Isle of Wight. I phoned my order on Wednesday and as promised received them on Friday. GREAT!!!!!

I ordered a set of wheels and axle; they arrived within 3 days and were well-packaged and have fitted my trolley perfectly. If you need ANYTHING related to golf trolleys, then Protrolley is the company to choose. Great service and great products.

Thanks for the first class service, The first trolley had a fault but After Contact first with Mike, then with Helen, the problem was resolved whithin 3 days a new trolley was delivered and The faulty trolley went back, no hassle.

My GT 300 Digital trolley was purchase in 2010 and has given great service. Unfortunately, I struck a rock buried in rough on the Course and the right hand wheel collapsed. Speaking to the Sales lady, the wheel model was no longer available since it been changed from three spoke to five spoke. I therefore had to change both wheels and the axle on the trolley . I gave my financial details and two days later , the new wheels arrived and were fitted using the very clear instructions accompanying the delivery, ready for me to play the following day. The Sales people were a pleasure to deal with being polite , helpful and efficient.

I ordered a replacement remote control unit and I received it within a few days of ordering it.

The unit come with very clear instructions on how to pair the unit with the trolley and I now have a fully working remote control trolly.

It’s a pity the weather isn’t better so I can use the trolley to it’s full potential

I am especially happy with their people that were able to send me a lot of detailed explanations, when I got a small chip bug. The problem was solved in less than 3 days (they sent me a new chip for free, and thorough explanations to replace the bugged one )
