I ordered the Torbery Battery Connector on 26th November and, as at 8th December they have not arrived. Can't say that I am too impressed at this time. Hopefully, when they do arrive, they will get my trolley back on the course.

Ordered a set of Hedgehog Wheels from Protrolley recently. Seamless ordering system, plus they immediately knew what I had ordered in the past to make sure that the product I wanted to purchase was compatible.
I bit of a hassle having to change axles myself, but I succeeded. Now the only problem I have is that because of some or other clutch system the wheels do not work too well when in remote as turning is difficult. So will have to operate without remote until summer.
I am happy with ProTrolley and will keep recommending them.

The product description describes a battery compartment that doesn't have a fly-lead when in fact it does, e.g. there is a cable from the battery to a connector on the battery tray. I know the product takes both types of battery but I purchased a lithium battery and I wouldn't use the trolley with anything else.
The USB battery charger is for mobile phone/sky caddy when I thought it was used to charge the battery up.
My main concern, after using the trolley for the first time is the battery tray. The lithium battery doesn't fit the tray, won't lie flat and the straps don't seem to be long enough (although I haven't had enough time to investigate this fully).
The remote works well but the trolley pulls to the left so a bit cumbersome, I'll be looking into this.
The trolley is robust and fit for purpose not withstanding the battery tray which at the moment is a matter of mirth with my buddies.

As always, oustanding service from Pro Trolley. always willing to give advice without 'pushing' products. I'm confident my trolley will give excellent service but I also know Pro Trolley will overcome unlikely problems as necessary.
