I always speak to Helen who seems to answer the phone whatever option you press. She is always helpful and has the information at her fingertips.
I had to order a battery and charger the price was as competitive as any on the net and was dispatched the same day .
Happy to recommend them.

Prompt delivery inadequate instructions

I purchased this product when the clutches on my Powakaddy packed up, I looked at a lot of remote trolleys and there reviews before placing my order. I have to say Helen was a key factor to my order being placed as she was so helpful with my enquiry. Having unpacked the trolley it is immediately obvious this is a quality product built to last and not dissimilar to a powakaddy in design.

I found that dealing with the service dept was very informative and heplful

Had a little problem with one of the items but was quickly resolved .
The girl I dealt with could not have been any more helpful.

I needed a new set of wheels,picked up the phone ordered the part and received them within two days

I ordered a new battery bag from Protrolley and it was delivered within 24 hours . Quality of the item is excellent would defiantly use again for more golf products in the future

When I bought my ProTrolley two years ago there was no umberella holder manufactured to compliment the trolley, but one was in the pipe line. In the meantime I adapted two holders in total neither of which lasted too long. I eventually e-mailed ProTrolley to enquire if they had manufactured an holder to fit my model of trolley, They e-mailed me back in a flash with the appropriate link to purchase the now available holder, which I did there and then, the holder was with me two days later, all in all it took three days from enquiery to ownership. First class, top notch, excellent service, couldn't fault it the first time when I purchased the Trolley, can't fault it now.........Excellence Repeated!

I had made an initial diagnosis of a problem as requiring a new gearbox. It was unclear as to which model of gearbox I needed.
The representative of ProTrolley suggested, based on their experience, that I check the gearbox linkage first.
It turned out that this was indeed the problem - not only saving me on cost but also the hassle of having ordered the wrong part.
Very helpful service.

Bought my trolley from Protrolley about 5 years ago. Apart from wear and tear as expected from a heavily used trolley, I would say that it lasted longer than my first trolley which happens to be a Powacaddy!
Half the price of a Powacaddy and lasted longer than one!

I have owned an electric GT 300 Trolley for about 4 years I have had one or two minor problems with it But I have found the after sales service is second to none. I can certainly Recommend this company for excellent service.

I tried to get the discount voucher off the online service but it didn't give me a code to enter but it will not stop me using Pro trolley..............

This time, I chose to make my purchase on line and whilst I did not get the benefit of a cheery person at the other end of the line, of course, I did good clear instructions and an efficient delivery of my product. All very seamless service.

Very nice trolley but disappointed when I needed a spare wheel because the spokes had broken & I was told by Pro Trolley it was necessary to purchase for £55 two wheels & two axles, only to my surprise the wheels that were supplied fitted my trolley & the two axles were in fact not required. which made this an expensive purchase.
One of my main complaints is never being able to speak to anyone on the phone as it is always the answer machine.

This is the 2nd time I’ve had to use their services for a small part for the rear wheel and ordered it using their user friendly systems and had the item delivered in a few days as promised and you can also track the order if you wish.
