The service was exceptional. Explained my predicament to the company who immediately understood the situation and sent me replacement parts which arrived the following day.
Will definitely be recommending the company to friends and colleagues.

Ordered at the beginning of the week and by the end of the week my new trolley battery charger had arrived...thank God!

I needed a spare part so I could get back out on the course as quickly as possible. The part arrived in a couple of days and was easy to fit as instructions were included.

I bought a remote control trolley from them about three years ago. It worked fine for about a year and then I had some problems with battery leads and later on a problem with the wheels and then recently I found the remote control needed replacing. I was able to sort out all these problems with ProTrolley. Very happy with the service and also the trolley which is well priced in relation to the market leaders.

A friend of my husband had one and so my early Xmas present to my hubby very happy chappy like a kid with a new Xbox .

I purchased an electric trolley back in 2011 which was delivered promptly I had a couple of issues but these were dealt with straight away. The after service is one of the best I have dealt with.

Good, accurate technical advice, speedy dispatch of goods. Problem soved.

Ordered new wheels, girl on phone very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Order arrived very quickly and well packaged.
Only down side would have helped to have some heads up on the fiddlyness of the fitting, certainly in the instructions and knowing before hand which tools were required. Had to go out and buy 'em.

A trolley wheel broke after several years' hard service. ProTrolley checked their records and had a pair of (improved) replacements in stock which arrived, as promised, the next day. All very easy and efficient, thank you.

Excellent service with a prompt dispatch and delivery

Ordered Tues, but didn't arrive until the following Mon, which was a bit disappointing.
I ordered a battery strap for my exact model (I believed), but the pack received contained 2 of differing sizes and with velcro fastening, which my current strap doesn't have. Also different sized buckle. No fitting instructions, or clue as to why the various bits had been sent. If it's a 'multi-fit pack, would be useful for the website to say so. Tried to email query about this, but webpage would not load.
Other products ordered - chipper, ball retriever and tees were fine and of good quality.

My new Ultra Pro Trolley was delivered on time but it was incorrectly assembled and apparently no final quality control exists. I gave some critics of the quality control which was ignored. The clutches on the axle were mounted on opposite sides. The trolley has never moved one yard.
The efforts by the customer service to come up with a good and economic solution for both parties was poor. The final decision was to cancel the deal.

After a few nights of sleep and calming down I managed to get my trolley fixed at a friendly car work shop. Change of person at customer service improved the communication to friendly and constructive level. I am now happy with my new trolley and the co-operation with Pro Trolley.

The part I ordered arrived in 3 days from order, excellent. I thought it was a bit pricey though, but this was because my protrolley required extra parts to fit the new type if wheel. Where it all went together just fine I had to pay for extra parts because there was no option to fit the origonal type of wheel. But hey I have an electric trolley that is now running just fine and I nevr had to carry my clubs round or hire a caddy car, pretty good.

I have purchased only a couple of things from Pro Trolley but was amazed at how pleasant, and friendly the sales staff were. Eapecially Helen who made me feel as if I knew her personally. So helpful and took the time to explain to me things I wasn't sure about. I would recommend this company to anyone, and be sure they were getting complete satisfaction. Pleasure to do business with Pro Trolley.

Due a fault with my trolley I followed this up with emails to see if problem could be identified with Pro Trolley.

Very fast responses enabling me to identify problem and order replacement motor. Pro trolley picked up order immediately and posted out item that day.

Have needed in past to use ProTrolley before and they have never let me down always delivering a top notch customer service!

Needed a replacement trolley handle which was a bit of a shock as the tubular aluminium part that houses the spring for the top moulded handle fixing sheered through. I contacted Protrolley and the part, with instructions, was sent that day and arrived at my house the next day.Replacing the part was a bit fiddly, but only took about 20 mins after I was advised by Protrolley to note down the order that the wires are fitted. That is most importantl. Pretty impressive although I do not believe that a trolley handle should sheer off after about 2 years. This may well keep happening, which is a bit of a worry. Great service nevertheless.
