Ordered some business cards which were printed incorrectly (the back was upside down). This was caused by an unintuitive webapp and lack of subsequent quality checks. Was told told that the only remedy was to pay for another order.

I took my business to a different supplier who provided a far more intuitive webapp and better quality checks. The delivered business cards were also of a much higher quality (thicker card, etc).

Used them for passport photos and my application form was declined due to poor quality of these. Made a complaint, messaged via the website and social media and ignored. They have taken no responsibility for their mistake. Do NOT trust them!!
I am still asking who is the CEO/director of the company and who is your regulator as this needs to be escalated urgently!!

The whole online procedure was easy to follow and I was able to upload the artwork for both sides of my wife’s business card and make the order, followed by an opportunity to view the proofs for any final adjustments, before finalising and completing the transaction. Email communications were thorough and helpful and the cards, looking better than they had on my computer screen, were safely delivered on time. A hassle-free transaction – thank you.

The store at Colindale Print Express was great — I can’t thank them enough. A really last minute job and the manager (Mike) helped us to get the job done in record time and with fantastic customer care and follow up. Brilliant and will use again.

The polo shirt I have received appears to be of a decent quality and the logo stitching is good.
HOWEVER, printing.com appear to have taken over the firm I used previously (same address) and the shirt colour and logo bear no resemblance to the shirts I had from this firm. The staff member dealing with my order (Emma) has been very helpful but was unable to locate my account and therefore my logo and the company no longer stock the colour I had previously. Unfortunately this probably means I won't be ordering from them again in the future.

Very good service. Studio manager picked up that we wanted people to be able to draw on the back of our flyers and the paper chosen wouldn't have worked very well. Alternative suggested, priced, printed and ready on time.

My order was processed very efficiently and arrived very quickly. Delivery was communicated really well via email.
