Always use for business cards. Have templates set up which makes it a straight forward process. Employees at the Finnieston branch in Glasgow always very helpful. Quality product and fast and efficient turnaround service.

Excellent service

It is the worst experience ever dealing with this company in Dublin, they are also call Nettl.com. I ordered a hand sanitizer stand with custom logo on it. They have sent me a stand where the dispenser is to be hung 2ft from the ground below the art work which is not functional. Their excuse was it’s suppose to be children friendly and they refuse to replace the unit because is too high of a cost for them to do so. This is unacceptable.

My prints arrived. The images were too dark and the text was smudged. Even though I followed all the rules for printing to those specifications.

I've been trying to get hold of Adam from the Birmingham office for 10 days now about fixing the problem. But I still haven't heard back.

If Printing.com is still providing a service at this time. I would have expected them to still be able to still be able to fix a problem if it arises.

Unfortunately I'll have to go somewhere else to get my prints.

Purchased a Performance T-shirt but It most definitely is NOT a UK size xxl - far bigger and most UK websites selling GILDAN PERFORMANCE T-SHIRT state that the sizes are US and will be a size bigger. Misrepresented the description and I can`t believe your customer satisfaction rating is not far lower than it currently is. I am so annoyed at be duped and it costing me money to sort out! Most sites selling the US garment say "As an American brand, the standards can be different than the European ones. This article may size larger". Just responded with this is the items style. It looks like a poorly shaped, oversize cheap cotton T-shirt - far from the described performance wicking T-shirt!!! Stay clear of this brand.
