Incorrectly printed and poor customer service
I just received the christening invitations I ordered with printing.com. As they suggest on their website, I designed my artwork with the correct bleed and completely centred on the document. What I received was printed off centre with my design's border not being even on each edge and incorrectly cut where my design was repeated at the top of the invitations.
Sadly, I do not have time to get them reprinted and posted out to guests in time.
When I contacted customer services for a refund they told me that, despite their error leaving me between a rock and a hard place as I cannot take the time to have new invites printed, they would only give me a refund if I returned the invitations, otherwise they could only give a 20% refund for their unprofessional work. This is despite the fact that I sent them photographic evidence of the poor printing and cutting. No apology either.
Incredibly disappointing in both product and service and I will never order from here again.
