Great experience with Premier Solicitors
The whole process with Tricia’s team and especially Millie our conveyancer has been so easy, clear and quick! As first time buyers we was stuck deciding on a solicitors as there’s risky cheap online options or the quality option in Premier Solicitor. Going with Premier was 100% the better decision as the process can be complicated with a lot of communication, but paying for the quality makes the difference and saves yourself so much stress as any problems are replied to very quickly. I have been having an on going problem with a rogue company chasing me for money I don't owe.
They dealt with this company and their solicitors claim in a prompt, diligent and professional way keeping me up to date every time there was a development in the matter. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, (though I hope I never need to !).

If I could leave a minus star I would! It seems perhaps on conveyancing clients are happy, for probate I’d repeat what others say, don’t touch with a barge pole!
Over a year since my stepdaughter died and for the last 10 months I have heard nothing from them. They have not applied for probate though I was told at the end of May last year they had everything needed to apply. House has been left, no utilities have been notified, no insurance is in place. Final demands lie untouched.Costs to the estate mounting. Accounts emptied. I am now seeking legal advice to remove them as executors. All phone calls, emails remain unanswered. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Our solicitor, Jayleigh, was superb for our house purchase. Our experience with another firm for our flat sale was awful, and left us worried that all solicitors would be the same. My application for probate, following my wife's death, was dealt with efficiently and promptly by Premier Solicitors. Despite their advising me on 29th January that the grant could take 3-6 months, in fact I received the grant of probate on 28th February. Surprising and gratifying!
