I sought legal advice from Premier Solicitors earlier this year following a very difficult situation at work, and I honestly couldn’t be more grateful for the support I received.
I had worked for my previous company for 8 years before it was taken over in 2025. After being TUPE transferred, my role changed significantly and, despite being promoted to Finance Manager, I received no training or support for months. By January 2026, I felt completely stuck and unsure of my position, so I decided to seek legal advice.
Gary Lee was incredibly clear, knowledgeable, and reassuring from the outset. He took the time to fully understand my situation and explained my options in a way that made everything feel much more manageable. My case was then handled alongside Zaira, who was equally professional and efficient. She drafted both a Grievance Letter and a Without Prejudice letter on my behalf, keeping me informed throughout the process.
When my employer still failed to resolve matters, Gary stepped in directly and negotiated with them. The outcome exceeded my expectations — he secured a strong settlement package along with a reduced notice period, allowing me to leave on positive terms at the end of April.
Gary and Zaira were professional, responsive, and clearly very experienced in employment law. I truly felt supported throughout what was a very stressful time, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone in a similar situation.

Avoid! Endless errors, delays and GDPR issues
I chose premier solicitors when buying my ex out of her share of the house. I have had 7 months of non stop errors and delays. I’ve been cc’d into emails where forms have been sent with other people’s personal details on (major GDPR infringement ), they tried to charge me almost £3000 for an early repayment fee I did not owe, an error I spotted, showing that they hadn’t read all my paperwork correctly. I was told my completion date would finally be last Friday, here I am a week later and the transfer has still not completed, and I have had no contact from premier solicitors. Emails ignored, phone calls ignored, absolutely atrocious service. A transfer that should take around 8 weeks has taken almost 8 months!!!

Outstanding employment Solicitor Gary…
In an employment dispute Solicitor Gary Lee was absolutely outstanding throughout: tenacious, focused, aggressive when necessary, prepared to change tactics when required. He delivered excellent counsel over a period of three months and negotiated a good outcome.
