Pillows
It was easy to order. Pillows received and comfortable as always but not as robust as they used to be. I ordered the soft pillows as usual and after 1 month of normal use they are beginning to sag. Im not sure if they've changed their manufacturer but they are not as good as they used to be.

Unfortunately the mattress is not as comfortable as the ones we have used in the Premier Inns that we have stayed in but hopefully it will improve in a few weeks.

From a Negative to a Positive!
I’m now able to give an honest review as I received my first mattress in an unacceptable condition the protective plastic ripped and the outer material soiled.
The staff however at Silent Night were excellent namely Amanda who dealt with the situation efficiently despatching a replacement immediately and I receive the replacement yesterday the 3 rd August having originally placed the order on 5th July . I live on an island which offers certain challenges ie the use of 3 different Carriers .
I experienced my best nights sleep since. I last slept in a Premier Inn Thanks.

Great mattress …
We have stayed in premier inn numerous times and have always loved the beds. We noticed you could buy them for the house. I ordered one online through the premier inn website was quick and easy to do price was reasonable and it came with a free duvet mattress topper and pillows for an added bonus we also chose to have our old mattress uplifted when they brought the new one. Delivery was arranged for 2 weeks later. Day before they gave our time slot for delivery guys came on time and set up our new one and took old one away was a great service. Love the new one it is so comfy and great quality

Terrible services Cefalu No response to emails
Firstly we paid for next day delivery after staying at home the mattress never arrived. It was impossible to get hold of anyone silent night or premier inn at home terrible. Then told been lost 1 week later we got our mattress . No apology nothing I then emailed to ask for refund of next day delivery which should have been offered straight away.

A lovely quality divan bed.
A lovely quality divan bed and mattress. Very well made and wonderfully comfortable. Very friendly delivery drivers who assembled the bed professionally and removed all packaging, For an extra charge they removed our old mattress as well. Very happy with our purchase and highly recommended bed.

Ordering and delivery were excellent with being able to arrange a am or pm delivery.
