From start to finish the agent I spoke to was extremely helpful and explained everything clearly so I could book my tyre replacement.
The phone process was quick and easy, which I much preferred to filling in an online claim form. I was at work and needed it sorted ASAP, and they made it stress-free.

It’s a good company with excellent customer service. When I called to make a claim for the repair of all four of my alloy wheels, which were damaged after hitting a kerb on the road, they authorised the repairs without any hassle. I was very pleased with how quickly and professionally they handled my claim. Overall, I’m happy with the service and would recommend the company

Excellent service, would definitely recommend.
It was easy to submit my claim online, it was approved very quickly. I was contacted by Perry's within a couple of days and car was booked in. Dropped car off at 9am and repair was completed by 11.30. Repair to alloys is excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Getting an appointment to service shouldn’t be too long. I got a service scheduled in a months time couldn’t believe I have to wait 30 days to get my wheel fixed. Looks like GP appointment could be faster to get. Won’t be recommending to anyone in future
