I had a great experience ordering from Plus Size Bridal! I was the maid of honor in my best friend's wedding this past June and was a little late on ordering my bridesmaid's dress. Some other bridesmaids had ordered their dress from Plus Size Bridal because it was the most inexpensive and had the best deal on shipping. I decided to go ahead and order mine here too. However, I had to rush my order because I wanted to make sure that my order came in on time. I completed the online order application, which also asked for the date of wedding. After placing my rushed order with standard shipping, I thought that all was well. I got an email that week from PS Bridal asking me about the wear date (date of the wedding) because they were concerened that the time needed for them to get the dress from the designer and then ship the dress to me would be cutting it too close. I was impressed with PS Bridal's attention to detail to realize that I might be in a jam. They were very transparent with my order and suggested that I overnight the dress instead of use standard shipping. The dress arrived to my door nicely packaged and wrinkle free about 3 days earlier than originally expected, which was great because I needed to alter the length. PS Bridal was very professional and I would highly recommend them to any of my friends and family!

Cheaper then at the store!! got a size 6-- seems very long but otherwise fits pretty good. I am 5'2.

I bought my daughter's flower girl dress from here. I was a little hesitant at first buying online but decided to go ahead with the order because they had great reviews and guarantees. A dress store 10 miles from my house wanted $50 dollars more than what I paid (including shipping) at PSBridal.com. The dress came exactly when it said it was going to arrive. I got a great deal and the dress looks beautiful on her! I wish I would have known about your site before I bought my bridesmaid's dress at a store-- to save even more money.

I received the dresses on-time, if not a little bit earlier than expected. All of the sizes were correct and while we haven't had the event, there were no obvious problems with them. The website recommends ordering extra-length for anyone 5'7" or taller, and the extra length is many many inches too long for my 5'7" self (perhaps 8"?). Maybe I would have been alright in just the regular length, but no way to know.

I received my bridesmaid Eden dress just on time, the color wasn't exactly as shown in the picture, but the dress is perfect, and I think I will use plussizebridal.com for next purchases, thank you

The shipping date of my dress was the actual day it was shipped, which was nice to know! However, i recieved my USPS tracking code, but since I live in Canada, it didnt tell me where the dress was. Other than that, dress came to order, in the right size and in a timely manner!

I ordered my granddaughter's flower girl dress from PS Bridal after finding it on their website for over $50 less than the local bridal salon wanted. The dress came exactly when it was scheduled to arrive and was perfect. I couldn't have asked for a better experience...and I was more than a little apprehensive using a company I had never worked with before. I also ordered all four of our bridesmaid dresses from them -- when they arrive (due in mid July) I'll post another review to let you know how that experience was. So far, I'm VERY PLEASED.

I recieved my dress well in enough time. That was great. When I tried it on, the material in the breast area was very wrinkled inside, which was not supposed to be. It is going to cost me lots of money to get it fixed. As well, the zipper on my dress is too stiff and therefore is bunching up. It does up from the side so it just looks terrible! Extremely disappointed with my dress. I loved the dress when I tried it on and thought for sure I would wear it again, now i'm not so sure. I don't want to spend a ton of money getting it fixed when I spent a ton of money just buying the dress!

Customer service for this website was wonderful. I spoke to an actual person who helped me and answered all my questions as well as contacting the manufacturers about the eta of my dress. Staff was polite and friendly. If I ever had to buy another dress I would certainly consider this website again.

I was in a time crunch to get a specific designer for an upcoming wedding I was in. I called and spoke to a customer service rep to make sure I could get this dress in time. She put me on hold and called the designer's manufacturer directly to get a date the dress would be shipped. It arrived sooner than expected and was exactly what I had ordered. This was a very smooth process with no problems at all! I highly recommend their website.

I was first told that I could return my dress if it didn't fit for a $50 restocking fee. I received my dress and it does not fit. I called and asked what I could do and was informed that they don't normally take designer dresses back but that she would talk to the designer about exchanging the dress for a larger size and she would call me back. I waited two days and never got a call back. I called again and got voicemail so I request a call back. Nothing! Now although beautiful, i'm stuck with a dress that I can't wear.

My dress is simply beautiful. My alterations are few, and I love it!

Very happy with plussizebridal.com. I only ordered an accessory but the quality, customer service, and promptness was exceptional. After ordering I had to make a change to my order and it was handled perfectly. My order arrived a couple of weeks sooner than promised. Will recommend this website to others and if the need arises would not hesitate to order from them again.

I don't usually fill out these surveys, but I was so impressed with PS Bridal, people should know what a great experience I had! Their customer service was ALWAYS friendly and went above and beyond to answer my questions. Shipping was timely and the dress was in great shape. The price for my dress was the cheapest I found anywhere. If I ever need another dress, PS Bridal will be the first place I go!

I was liery of ordering my wedding gown on line. Lets face it - you are not seeing it in person and sadly there are so many scams out there who knows what you will get.

With that said - my experience wtih PS Bridal as far from that! Everything has been perfect. My dress even arrived ONE MONTH early! My dress is perfect. I love everything about it. It was exactly what I thought and more!

Ordering was a breeze. Customer service was very friendly and helpful. Dress arrived in perfect condition and my daughter just loved it! I would recommend to everyone. Thank You it was a pleasure!

I was scared to order my bridesmaid dress online after hearing all the horror stories about other online bridal retailers. PSBridal shipped my dress when they said they would and answered any questions I had in the mean time. I would recommend them to and bridesmaid!

My overall experience was ok. The ordering was easy and shipping was good but the communication was poor. They did not respond to an e-mail. I was concerned about when my order would get here and when I e-mailed them the second time they did not respond back to me at all.

I needed to have a bridesmaid dress delivered to me within a week after a destination wedding issue came up. PSBridal.com was more than willing to help me solve this issue. Less than four days later, I had a dress sitting on my doorstep!
