The staff did everything they could to help me. I changed the colour of the dresses after ordering and the change was facilitated. The dresses were really well made and the finish was beautiful. The only negatives were the dresses did not arrive on the expected date but PSbridal's turnaround was exceptional. It was a problem with the manufacturer.

Everything was seamless and wonderful in the shopping process, received the dress on schedule and the website was easy to manipulate. When inquiring about the arrival of the dress and shipping information, I received no accurate information regarding the expected arrival date (except for the estimated arrival at the warehouse from the distributor, on the website). However, I did receive the dress on time and in great condition so it was not a problem. Thank you!

I shopped local bridal salons as well as online vendors. Nobody came close to the quality and value of my veil. It's beautiful! Double layers of sheer fabric edged with Swarovski crystals. PS Bridal shipped it in perfect condition. It arrived wrapped in white tissue paper.

In this day & age, it seems like everyone complains about the bad job that people or businesses due. I am not here to complain. I am here today to let you know about the excellent experience that I had with Chris and Plus Size Bridals.
Chris needs to be recognized for his dedication and committment to his customers. This was my 1st time ordering a dress online and Chris answered every single question that I asked him, without hesitation, before I placed my order. He was truly a remarkable man to work with.
I ordered a mother of the grooms dress--LaPerle 6524 , size 12. silver color.
I found it in a local bridal store for $ 550.00. I purchasd it thru Pluz Size for a price of $ 339.00..What a savings.
I ordered the dress knowing that it would arrive at the beginning of May and it arrived exactly on time via UPS.
My shipping cost was $10.00--I would have preferred free shipping, but the nominal amount charged was acceptable.
The dress is gorgeous---it is absolutely stunning--the pictures of it on the website do not do it justice. It is the original designers dress and I cant wait to wear it to my sons wedding in July..
In closing, I want to say that Chris deserves all the recognization that he can get and it beginning with me.
It was a pleasure to do business with such a customer committed entity.

The product was true to color and size and looked beautiful. I paid for 5 week shipping and it took 7 weeks. No offer for refund since it was not their fault (supplier difficulties) Thank goodness I had plenty of time before the wedding. I already had purchased a backup just in case. Pants were made almost too well. The hidden zipper is on the left side (not front or back) and is extremely hard to get zipped.

I'm very happy with my experience with PS Bridal. I needed an Alfred Angelo bridesmaid dress for my friend's wedding, and I tried a bunch on at a local dress shop. The clerks told me the dress I really wanted was going to be discontinued so they wouldn't write down the style number for me. I went to PS Bridal just to see if I could still get it through them and sure enough, it was available. Not only were they able to get me the right style, size and colour I needed, it cost $100 less than the local store, including taxes, shipping, and the exchange! Also, my confirmation said it would ship June 15...I received my dress a full month early on May 15. The dress is beautiful, and exactly what I wanted. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from PS Bridal again!

I bought a dress from the site for my brother's wedding. It came as promised with no issues.

We wanted to make sure the dress was right and all of the details regarding the dress. We called and they were very friendly and reassuring and knew what they were talking about!

I was nervous about ordering my wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses online but after speaking with the customer services reps and going back and forth through email I felt better. Once I received my dress in the mail I was thrilled!!! My dress was more beautiful than I could ever imagine and it was exactly what I ordered. I was hesitant to order a dress for my daughter in a size 0 from a website called Plus Size Bridal. The dress was for her prom and I also felt reluctant to order because of the long wait time while the dress was being made. Happily, Plus Size Bridal came through ahead of schedule and the dress is beautiful and just what my daughter was looking for. This is a reliable company that delivers on time and quality merchandise.

I had ordered a dress for my sisters wedding an the measurements were perfect the dress is a perfect fit. My only complaint is for what I paid in shipping and the rush I paid for I didn't appreciate having to pay for customs too. Maybe the shipping could of been cheaper to compensate for customs. But over all the company was great to deal with and the product was great

I ordered my dress in February. I was told that my dress would ship mid-April; I received an order confirmation number and that was the last I heard of my dress. It is now May, and I have not received any type of shipping or tracking information regarding my dress, and the wedding that I am supposed to in is June 3rd. I am the maid of honor, and it would be pretty awkward if I have nothing to walk down the aisle in. I am hoping that this dress will be here this week, since I will need alterations done and that takes at least two weeks. If not I will be contacting customer service or corporate in regards to getting a full refund.

The lady on the phone was more than helpful. She had the dress delivered quicker than she said. I was treated better than bridal shops in my area.

I paid the extra 25$ for rush cut and it was shipped 15 days later than it should have. That was the only problem I had. The dress it exactly what I order and was much cheaper here than in store.

I ordered a bridesmaid dress and did not realize it had to be a rush order to get it on time. I was a little worried but they came through and shipped within a day of the estimated ship date. The dress was exactly as I ordered and was great! Thank you so much.

I always get a little nervous when buying online, but PSBridal turned out to be a pleasant experience. I needed a flower girl dress on a rush. I got the exact dress I ordered in plenty of time for the wedding. When I emailed them to check on the status of the shipping, their customer service got back to me right away.
