I think it's funny that I'm being asked to review my purchase, when it has yet to be delivered to me, and is over a month late. I have received no information despite sending a few inquiries as to where it might be or when it might come. I need to fly out for the wedding in just over a week.

Helllooo? Is anybody out there??? Where is my dress?

I was a procrastinating bride when it came to deciding on my bridemaid dresses. I can not thank PS Bridal enough for exceeding my expectations! The dresses are PERFECT! Thank you for saving my bridemaids money AND having them to me exactly when promised. I would highly recommend this company to all brides!

The only thing that I can speak to right now is the lack of response from the company. I have tried calling and emailing MANY, MANY times over the last week and no one has gotten back to me. My dress was scheduled to ship last week and I have not heard anything from the company. If someone could please respond to me, it would be great! I would love to write an actual review for the dress that I am hoping will be amazing!!!!

Weddings can get expensive, from dresses, to shoes, to hair, and make up. As a bridesmaid, I surfed the web in search for a bridesmaid dress and compared prices to many boutiques and other online websites that specialize in weddings. I live in Hawaii, and shipping to Hawaii can get really expensive. Some online shops don't even ship to Hawaii, therefore finding a website that had the specific dress I needed and having to ship it to me was a challenge. I came across PSBridal.com where an employee named Janette helped me find the dress I needed and help me with finding the cheapest way to get the dress to me in time for the wedding with time to spare to make necessary alterations. She went way out of her way and I just appreciate people like that who really do care and want to help. Because of this experience and the excellent customer service I received, I give PSBridal thumbs up, and would totally recommend others in search for wedding/bridesmaid dresses to buy it from PSBridal. I do not have a single complaint about my entire experience! The prices were much better than the stores, even with the rush order fee! We ordered 5 dresses and they were perfect when we got them. We had to rush order all of them and the cutomer service was wonderful working with me. They were friendly and got right back to me when ever they needed to. They did a great job putting me at ease with the whole experience. I would definately recommend them to everyone I know! Thank you!

I am giving 3 stars because 3 of the four bridesmaids dresses were here with no issues and all 4 were beautiful. However the last dress was ordered late, probably mid June so we paid the 45 extra to have it rush cut. The email said it would be here by July 31. When it wasn't here the second week of August I called and was informed that that's not a solid date and the designer can be up to 2 weeks later then that date ( it was over 3 weeks late) So of course I would have to just eat it on the 45 extra dollars. I will say that the women I spoke to was really nice, and I didn't push the issue. She said it would be about one more week with shipping. The dress didn't show up till Friday the 24 th of August, my wedding was Sept, 2. She was the only one who couldn't get alterations and all the other girls had theirs shortened from tea length to right above the knee. Still, she looked great and I thought all the dresses we pretty(I kinda wish I had got one) So in the end I guess as long as you order way in advance things should be great, but the rush cut was a rip off, if you don't have at least 12 weeks I would go another route.

Ordered this dress in June, still has not arrived, wedding in less than a month, still have to arrange for alterations, and bridesmaid is off at college now--would never had ordered if I knew it would take this long--too much stress

The dress looked as it did on the website. It was missing a hook in the back but it worked out. Overall, I was satisfied.

This website is very easy to use and order dresses from.
When I had any questions and called the customer service was extraordinary and I always left the conversation feeling heard and helped.

The only thing I would say is the sizing guide for the dress I got... I did the measurements and ordered the size appropriate for my measurements.... and the dress is way to big resulting in alot of alterations. This of course is not PSB's fault.... its just a head's up to anyone ordering to keep in mind :)

I have nothing but good things to say about this company and will definitely be buying from them next time I am a bridesmaid on a wedding!

The service I got was great! I started to get worried because I was down to a little less than a month before the wedding i was going to be a bridesmaid in. I emailed the company to find out the status of my order and someone emailed me within 24 hours and told me they were checking on the order, I also gave them a call and ended up having to leave a message but got a call back letting me know what the status of my order was and how long it would take for it to be shipped. I'm surprised that they were so attentive but very greatful, got my dress in time and it fit well!

I purchased my weddingdress from Psbridal and I am more than satisfied. My dress arrived faster than expected and it was beautiful. Thank you!

I requested someone to call me in regards to the gown being a size 8, although it is 3 sizes too big, and other stores have informed me that it is not a size 8. I wanted to have a smaller gown shipped or return the one that I have, as the tags are all on it and was never worn. I still would like a refund, if it is at all possible, as I had to purchase another gown from another company, due to the fact nobody called me back.

This company was soooooooooooooo helpful with sizing and delivered on time!!!!!! I would definately recommend them!!!!!!!! They were very professional and nice also!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Their prices were also good!!!

I ordered a bolero that the shop quoted me a price of 300.00. I was able to get what I wanted for 200.00 dollars less and it was directly from the company, perfect and beautiful and on time!

Wish i got a message saying the dress had shipped but im glad i recieved it. Dress had bad lining but im sure thats not PSBridals fault. thanks. Will buy again - hopefully i dont have to be in any more weddings soon.

After being let down by House of Brides 10 weeks before my wedding, I contacted PSBridal by phone. The gentleman I spoke with was very helpful and reassuring. He contacted the designer, as I waited, to get a delivery date which was earlier than that posted on their website. The transaction was dealt with very smoothly and the agents couldn't have been more helpful! The dresses arrived exactly on time and were gorgeous! After the disaster with House of Brides, I felt completely at ease dealing with PSBridal, they were very trustworthy and reliable, which is just what you need when you're shopping for something as important as your bridesmaid dresses! Thank you!

The gown I bought was exactly what the picture described it to be. The quality was good and the detail in the dress was nice. And it actually added a little definition to my body which was really nice :-).

Worried about purchasing my wedding dress online because I'm a big girl and it's a huge purchase. That said, I was ecstatic with the service from Plussizebridal and their selection and prices were outta this world.
If I need another pretty dress, I would not hesitate to purchase from them again. thanks!

I order a dress from After Six's Dessy line. After doing some research online and with local bridal shops, the dress I purchased was the least expensive at PSB and the customer service I received was excellent. After I ordered the dress, I was contacted within one business day and given the option of having the dress shipped to me faster because of the brief time between the expected delivery date and the date of the event. I liked this type of service because sometimes dresses are not delivered by the manufacturer when promised. Anyhow, the dress arrived within one day of the promised delivery and it was packaged well. It is also easy to navigate the website and a rep was helpful when I needed advice about sizing. I would recommend PSB to anyone looking for formal dresses and would consider doing business with them again myself.

I would recomend that you allow Customers to send in their measurement to you , I order base on the measurement provided and my dress came back to Big I had to spend a addional $200 to get it altered , I would only recommend ordering a Grown from this website if you have 1yr to 9months to wait I received my dress 2wks before my Wedding and the wait was so Stressful for me I like my Grown over all but my bridemaids growns was much prettier
