I have used PS Bridal to order dresses for my wedding and a friend's wedding. The dresses came true to the size chart and color. The prices are significantly less expensive than a bridal shop. I would highly recommend their website and services.

The dress came super quickly and looked great. I had it sent to my parents house (where the wedding is) so I haven't tried it on yet, but my mom says everything is perfect! Plus we saved lots of money!

I highly recommend ps bridal to anyone looking to purchase for wedding needs. They were extremely helpful answering questions before I ordered. The flower girl dresses were beautiful, wonderful quality, delivered on time and the best price even being the new fall 2012 design. They fit exactly as measured. My niece ordered her wedding dress from here and was extremely satisfied so we got our girls dresses from this site as well and very glad we did.

I have to say I was very pleased with the timliness that my dress came. I didn't have much leway between the normal arrival time and the wedding, but was truely unwilling to pay the extra money to speed it up. Why should I if according to the promised deilvery I would have it in time? After my order I got an email back saying I should rush it for the extra money. Needless to say I did not and recieved my gown 3 weeks ahead of schedule. A little stressful in the begining, but it worked out beautifully!

I found psbridal via a search engine and like many others I looked up reviews as I wanted to make sure I was making the right choice. I e-mailed them with concerns re sizing and got a very fast response. I ordered dresses well in advance to ensure that if needed I could organise another options HOWEVER the dresses and more amazing than what I anticipated, absolutely stunning I can not wait until my wedding day (November 10, 2012) to see my bridesmaids wearing them!! Thank you to psbridal I got the perfect bridesmaid dresses at a fraction of the cost you would pay in the bridal stores for the same brand. I would not hesitate to recommend psbridal to others looking for that same perfect dress.

My bridesmaids just received their dresses and we couldn't be happier. They were just what we expected at half the price of our local bridal salon. I would definitely recommend this company. Jeannette in customer service helped all my girls with their sizing and answered all of our questions. She was awesome!!

I ordered my dressed for a wedding I was in and it took 3 Months to get the dress. I got it a week and a half before the wedding and I still had to get alterations. Although the lady was very nice over the phone she continued to give me false dates of when my order would arrive. I honestly got scared that the dress would not arrive on time. I do not recommend unless u have tons of time to WAIT on your order.

Overall I was pleased with this process of getting the dress online. I followed the manufacturer sizing recommendations and fortunately the dress fits me. My only complaint about the process is the return policy "Dresses from our: Prom, bridesmaids, flowergirls, and mothers dress section are non-returnable and non-exchangeable all sales are final.." It would be nice if they had the same return policy for wedding dresses as for all other dresses. (I was unable to try this on anywhere before ordering but I'd recommend doing that in the future prior to ordering!)

Delivery was so fast! Quality of the gowns was perfect! :)

I just cannot believe how happy I am with the dress I ordered online for my daughter's wedding. I had looked at dresses in three cities and found this on the internet. What I love most is that I could get the exact color that I wanted. I was so worried that I would hate it; but, the dress was beautiful. Not only was it beautiful, I was able to add 3 inches to the length which was perfect. The construction of the garment was of high quality and the price was very reasonable. I am so glad that I ordered this dress.

The attention to detail and reassurance is so contagious, all 3 of my bridesmaid, now brides, joined in the fun. I could not keep such an adventure to myself. I got my order delivered by UPS before the date I was originally given...I loved the color and fit of my formal wear pant outfit. My family and I are taking a cruise in NOV 2012!! I would highly recommend this site!!! The images of the clothes are very accurate!!!! I am extremely pleased with my purchase!!!

I had the best experience with this company. My bridal gown and my bridesmaid gowns were ordered through this company. The prices were so reasonable and within my budget. Ms. Jeanette was always very kind everytime I called to check on my order. Unlike other online websites, this company is very trustworthy, and the dresses actually come from the designer and are not rip offs!

I tried this bridesmaid dress on at a bridal store first (Alexia II style 918) so I knew what I wanted and how the dress should fit but could not bring myself to paying their sticker price. I decided to search my online options and came across PS bridal which advertised the same dress for almost half the price. That's right. Half price. The low prices that PS bridal offered concerned me at first as I thought, at these prices, something had to be compromised. Were they replicas? Are they going to be made with low budget look-alike fabric that will disintegrate with the slightest stretch? But I put my concerns aside and ordered them. They arrived exactly on the day they promised and the product exceeded my expectations. All 4 dresses looked fantastic and there wasn't one loose stitch or missing thread on any dress. Impeccable craftsmanship and quality. No replicas here, this is the real thing folks. I would order again from this site in a heartbeat.

THIS COMPANY FAILED TO RESPOND TO EMAILS AND PHONE CALLS..AND ONE OF THE DRESSES DID NOT LOOK LIKE THE PICTURE ONLINE..IT WAS A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT DRESS..IM VERY DISAPPOINTED...EVERY TIME I CALLED NO ONE EVER ANSWERED!!

I was a little skeptical about ordering my wedding dress from a website but when I called Plus Size Bridal I was pleasantly surprised. They were eager to answer my questions and I got my dress in a fraction of the time estimated. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

I ordered the dress 3 months ahead of time. 3 weeks before the wedding and 3 weeks AFTER it was supposed to arrive, still no dress. I was in contact with them every day about when the dress would arrive. No one ever answers the phone. The communication is non-existent. I am still waiting for a refund due to the fact that I had to scramble to find another dress, and the dress I ordered from them is not in my possession to this day. Worst service ever. Do not use this company.

I did a search for Alfred Angelo and used Plus Size Bridal because they had the LOWEST price even though I wear a Size 6.
Absolutely NO hassle, just place the order and wait. I received the dress 2 weeks ahead of the estimated shipping date.

After we finally got the dresses, I was pleased. Took a little over 3 months to get my order, as Alfred Angelo's warehouse didn't ship all of my dresses in one package to PSBridal.
Now that we have them I must say I'm ok with the fact we had to wait a little bit longer to get them. They fit my BM's perfectly, and the quality of the dresses are great. Colors and sizes were exactly as shown. To top it all off I got the dresses for less than half of what I had found them for where I purchased my wedding gown.

Let me start my review by saying, I got my dress today (in time for the event on Sept 29) and with time to make alterations. The dress was beautiful, impecable quality, and just as I expected. Not to mention, the sizing chart that I went by was right on. I ordered the dress in May and knew that I would still be pregnant in September. This is one of the biggest reasons that I purchased online. I knew that a store salesperson probably would have talked me into a dress several sizes up. Because I know my own body and the fit and flow of the dress, I did not take the hip measurement into great consideration (which was totally my call and could have turned out badly). However, the dress will only have to be altered slightly and I am super pleased with the fit.
If you would have asked me while waiting for my dress if I trusted this company or not, I might have told you that I wished I would have purchased my dress in a store to give me more piece of mind based on the time of delivery. The other bridesmaids that ordered their dresses in brick and mortar stores around the same time as me got their dresses far before me (this is probably what heightened my anxiety the most). However, I paid a lot less than them.
I have two complaints-1. I waited 15 weeks and 1 day for my dress. (the website ESTIMATES 10-12 weeks) I know this is an estimate but it still made me squirm 2. Anytime I called, I was, without fail, greeted by an answering machine. I did get a call back within a couple of business days always. But this, too, made me squirm.
A plus-when the dress was shipped-the communication was flawless with tracking numbers and personal e mails. Would I purchase a bridesmaid dress again online, ugghhh MAYBE and if I did, I would allow a ridiculous amount of time for arrival. Why? This is someone elses event in which I had to have a dress that matched all the other bridesmaids. It is not like I could reinvent the wheel and go purchase my own dress or another bridal gown if things went wrong. I was totally at the mercy of a company in which I could not go see someone personally to get answers. Their biggest strong point--price. Overall, I feel grateful and relieved to have my dress. I am not sure that is how one is supposed to feel as a consumer.
