Very prompt dispatch and delivery. Plant ordered was well packaged and arrived safe and healthy. Seems to be doing well. Good notification of delivery slot. Free pack of meadow flower seeds too.

Plant arrived damaged , the cover we bought was pushed down the middle of plant breaking stems , plant dry and soil was all over the place ...box was not marked with anything to say handle with care , plant was not cheap will not buy from this company again as they do not care about after sales issues Emailed them but they do not reply , bad customer service DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I am in the UK and I was worried the plants would not travel well. They arrived safe, extremely well packed and while some of the leaves did suffer in transit, after a good drink they are already looking better. Thank you Planfor :)

My Roses arrived carefully packed and protected.
The bush/flowers/leaves are in perfect, healthy condition.
Delivery was prompt and well communicated. I will definitely use this company again.

The plants purchased were in great condition and really well packed. Despatch was quick and the progress through France was fast (1 day). However, DPD in the UK managed to then slow everything down and it was 3 further days before I got the plants - DPD driver could not find our house. This was outside the control of Planfor, and because the plants were in such good condition, they withstood the UK delays thankfully.

This is the second time I order from this company, and both times my experience has been a happy one. The plants arrived well-packaged and very healthy, and the delivery was prompt. Will definitely use them again.

First time ordering and I’m very impressed. I ordered strawberry plants and they arrived in 4 days in very good condition. I’ve yet to see how they grow and taste but am confident as they look strong and healthy. Communication was excellent every step of the way.

The 2 roses arrived in a box marked fragile. Inside were the 2 roses surrounded by polystyrene loose chips-the ones shaped like S. These chips were completely embedded in the roses and had pulled off numerous stems or shoots on both roses. The rose leaves were curling up through lack of water. Quite frankly, they look dreadful.
Although this website has a UK address, the plants come from France. I wouldn't buy from them again.
