Excellent service and Fast Delivery! Lovely Red Robins, excellent price. 6 years ago I bought 40+ Red Robins to do the hedge in our back garden. The hedge is now lovely.
Last month I bought 20+ red robins to do the hedge of the front garden, the plants arrived very healthy and with several branches. Excellent! I could only recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality products at very reasonable price. My neighbours love the hedge 🤩

One plant was missing from the order. The courier service was awful. Zero helpfulness. I ended up collecting my order in Tarragona (1 hour drive) after a week of daily communication, due to seur inflexibility. As a result the plants are not in a great state. Also, adding water christals around the pots into a plastic bag just creates a mess when planting, especially with a puppy trying to eat the stuff.

I really love the selection of plants they supply and the plants I have received have been healthy and large. I have had a few issues with incorrect plants but planfor have been quick to rectify the mistake.

This is a mail order plant shop NOT a garden centre!
The order & delivery service is excellent: bamboos arrived quickly (quicker than i expected) and well packaged.
However, the plants had significant rust and a significant number of leaves were yellowed and falling / fallen off.
The initial email to the company was quickly responded to - but only to tell me that they had not received the photos. My mistake - wrong format.
Resent and have followed-up since, but absolutely no response. No help, no nothing.

As the plants are still struggling i will be using PayPal to seek a partial refund to cover the cost of treating them for the rust.

First class service. I ordered a Baobab and the plant arrived in a few days well wrapped and in perfect condition. Great value will definitely use again.

Bit of a wait with no communication before despatch (hence only 4 out of 5 stars) but once despatched it was easy to track online during its 750 mile journey to reach me... very pleased with the Pinus Thunbergii that arrived, a fine healthy specimen.

I just can't understand ... My first purchase was successful, the plant arrived at its destination even if after a few hours out of the package one of the 2 branches began to dry ..
But the problem is another ... I bought a second time and later they canceled my order with the following reason:We thank you for your order.Following current health restrictions, we are obliged to cancel your order and proceed to refund.
We apologize for the inconvenience.
Honestly, I didn't understand the problem ... I asked for an explanation but nobody answered me.
Maybe Italians are not welcome as buyers ?!
It was enough to say from the beginning if this is the real reason ..!

I'm in England so I was a little unsure about ordering from Europe. Nothing to worry about. Plants came within three days of shipping. Good healthy plants at very good price. I would recommend on this experience.

In spite of a delayed delivery, due to ''La Poste'' pleading the ''Tour de France'' as a reason, the plant arrived in good condition, and now the weather has cooled down a bit, it has been transplanted to a large pot outside.
So far, the plant shows no sign of distress, after its travels.
I'm looking forward to the day it can be replanted in a suitable place to grow to maturity, long after I'm gone.

plants arrived about 10 days later exactly as advertised, damage to one branch due to packing. structure and form of plants not particularly balanced or appealing (ie not the choice or cost you would get selecting in a store) but will improve with training. Overall recommend and a good buy will use again.
