Using a UK email address but not uk based. So searching for UK products on Google went to this site, which is all in English. I spent ages putting items in my basket only to find out at checkout they don't deliver to the UK. So annoying and wasted my time.

We are sorry for this. Due to new customs and sanitary regulations, we are sorry to inform that United Kingdom is no eligible for deliveries anymore. Our English website is mainly dedicated to English customers with a primary or secondary house in western continental Europe.

Millettia reticulata
I ordered a Millettia reticulata: very hard to find. The plant arrived in great shape, very well packaged to avoid damage. It is a very mature plant, so I’m confident that it will grow well in my garden. Happy customer here!

One star is too many received plants looked dead but planted them and waited for spring
The plants are still dead now Contacted them for replacements by email no reply can’t find any other means to contact them
Save yourself a lot of trouble don’t order from them just throw your money straight in the bin

We are sorry you are not happy with the answer provided to you. As we are in very early spring it is not possible for the technician who answered you to confirm if carex are dead as their stems seems to be in their winter brown colors.
This is why he asked you to wait a couple of weeks and to send new photo to check if they started their new sping cycle in April.
In the customer service mailbox, I see that you send two messages on Friday 22/03 and that Postsales answered you on monday 25 at 15.16. Here is the text in the answer:
"Thank you for your message. Spring has just begun and the plants do not sprout at the same time. Could you please keep us posted in a couple of weeks?
Regards,"

SCAM Extremely disappointed! I purchased 25 blue sage plants. 14 of the pots didn’t have a plant - just soil. 8 of the plants were snapped off at the base. The rest were dead before they were shipped.
I emailed customer service, they directed me to the ‘ContactUs’ section on the website. I contacted them, explained the issue, uploaded several photos of the dead plants. I received a replay saying that the plants were ‘in hibernation’ and I was encouraged to plant the dead plants, the snapped plants and the pots that had no plants in them to see if they would grow.
The plants that I paid for were supposed to be 5cm to 9cm tall. I replîed asking them to be fair, and to provide me with a refund.
They didn’t reply.
As I said - SCAM - really poor form!

Good afternoon,
We are sorry to hear that your disappointed with customer service. As specify on our webpage they are hardy perennials. As a lot of young hardy perennial, they lose the aerial part in winter while keeping underground part (roots). Its is a common biological process: the plants metabolism slows down to protect themselves from winter cold. This is why we dot not specify height for young blue sage plants.
Your plants are healthy and may be planted. They will grow new leaves and stems during this upcoming spring.

This company is great at communication…
This company is great at communication and responsive to issues. Every order arrived with largely great quality plants and yet one plant variety in each order was below standard. They will be great if they tweak their quality control a bit. That said they always replaced the dud plants.

3 weeks, and no delivery
I have been waiting for an order for 3 weeks, now I have a refund as they wont deliver to the UK !!!
They could have processed this in those 3 weeks!

This company won't deliver to the UK any more. Punishing us for Brexit? This is completely stupid and unjustified.

Dear sir,
We understand your disappointment. However, the brexit implies multiple changes in terms of customs regulations (packages are processed as exportations by UK customs authorities). As we are sending plants these regulations, that are still unclear, add up to the specific regulation related with plants export which is still unclear also.
We will be monitoring the evolution of the UK regulations; if they allow us to send plants in UK in good conditions and with limited extra costs for customers while complying with the new local customs and health regulations to be implemented, we will be more than happy to re-open UK for deliveries.

my special rose
my special rose arrived perfectly packaged and protected, on time and in good condition.
Well done Planfor!
Just to update, I planted my rose in December after receipt and it is now, Feb 4th in flower with loads of buds ready to open in next days. So happy!
I have since received 3 other plants all in perfect condition.

Ordered 5 bamboo
Ordered 5 bamboo. Got an email to say it will be a week. A week later they turned up extremely well protected in a large box which appeared to have been retaped up by the courier. Plants appear ok and still alive! Would recommend Planfor.
