My plant arrived with most of the leaves yellow and falling off and no instruction on how to look after it. I received an email suggesting me to go on the website for and aftercare fonte plant but there was nothing specific to the one I got.

Plants weren’t potted as described. Stated it was a 13cm diameter circle but came in small square pots. That wasnt the worst thing though, the packaging was ridiculous, compete overkill. Filled to the brim with polystyrene. This can’t be recycled and isn’t great for the environment. Certainly won’t be shopping here again.

Ordered 25 hydrangea plants, they were so poorly packed most of them were out of their pots and broken. Despite sending emails and photos through their ‘contact is’ tab no helpful communication was forthcoming. I have planted the plants which look a very sorry sight and will wait time see what proportion recover. I won’t be ordering again.

Ordered two plants. Both sent in the same box. One plant had its only leafy branch snapped off in transit. Not sure if the grafted plant will survive as remaining nodes appear to be dead. Have told the company that I want a replacement if the damaged plant does not recover.
