Very average quality mural. Delivery was late. Printing is poor quality - nowhere near as crisp and defined as the website, almost fuzzy in appearance. Paper is good quality, nice and thick, but the "premium matt" I paid extra for was still pretty smooth and shiny - I would never describe it as matt. The worst offence was the edges though - I have hung a lot of wallpapers and murals, and have never struggled as much to make the seams disappear - the cut edge just shows white, you can't push them together properly. In addition to that, it shrunk back a little on drying, making the white seams even more obvious. I wish I'd gone on my gut instinct and sent it back rather than hanging it. Would not order from here again.

Fast and efficient service. I had set up a business account offering 20% discount and ordered two wallpaper pictures before this was complete. I mentioned this to photowall and they reimbursed the 20% without question.

fast easy and lovely products
and the samples really helped me make the right choice

Easy to navigate website with clear instructions how to measure & order. Wide choice available. Item received in good time & I am so impressed with the quality of the paper, packaging & instructions to put up. The results are amazing & I would not hesitate to recommend.

Really pleased with the service and quality of the product.

Fabulous quality picture, super fast delivery, great instructions

Amazing product! So much choice

I am overjoyed with my new wall mural! The reproduction of the image is excellent, and the paper quality—both the thickness and the finish—is superb. It adhered to the pasted wall with ease. A special shout-out for the YouTube instructional video; it made the whole process stress-free. Lightning-fast delivery and top-tier customer service. Highly recommended!

Beautiful designs to choose from. Straightforward ordering. Quick delivery on samples. Murals are pricey but absolutely stunning and transform the room. Good response from customer services when tracking delivery. Mural came in one large roll with each panel printed in order of position of wall and cutting guideline. Easy to hang. Very happy customer.

This is the 3rd picture I have bought from Photowall I’m so pleased with each one they make my home special unlike any designs from the high street. Easy to put up, I have given your company name to so many people who have admired the designs.

Very good customer service, excellent communication and very happy with the finished product, would use them again

I am just loving how smooth and easy I can transform spaces now with the help of photo wall. Just gave my surgery a new skin and am very happy. It took me 1.5hours to do.

Great service especially Gab . He has been very helpful to sort out any problems you may get. Fantastic job 👏.

Whilst the mural took longer to arrive than expected I was kept up to date without having to ask, the company sent out emails of information which was super useful. Once it arrived it was really straight forward- having never hung normal wallpaper before I was still aware the quality and thickness of the paper was superior to standard wallpaper. Admittedly I did not read the fine print that these murals are only for flat walls and not for corners because of the thickness of the paper, however with a bit of help from dad, some overlapping of the design, I can guarantee this still looks amazing and you can’t tell where some artistic license was taken to make it fit. Overall I’m thrilled and only wish I had space in the house for another one.

Used several times. Brilliant website so you can make the image chosen totally bespoke. Excellent, prompt delivery within a very good timescale. I use the image for a very large, square picture frame which I am very fond of and which I have had for many years. Would recommend.
