The delivery driver left the parcels outside our open porch that had a sign to put parcels in porch and it was pouring rain boxes were wet even though I got to the door fairly quickly so disappointed though not with pets corner.

I ordered online to be collected on a set day
When I visited (I made a special journey) I was told your systems were down and despite my wanting to just buy the item instead (or even an alternative) then cancel original order I was told it wasn’t possible to do this !!!
What a waste of my time and bad business by you in my view

Knowledgeable and great service
Visited the Pets Corner in Radyr.
Scott advised on dog toys firstly. Went on to discuss doggy behaviour and he then suggested an alternative lead.
Then discussed food and directed us to something different explaining the advantages.
Scott is amazing and we will be back!!!

When looking at our options in-store (St Albans), the assistant was extremely helpful. Unfortunately, the size required in the style selected was not available. We therefore ordered on-line and the delivery was super-fast. Our dog will get her "birthday pressie" tomorrow and we hope she will love it as much as we do.

Easy to search & order online.
Also received a phone call within the hour, to say my order was ready for pick-up. Also that it would be kept for 7 days.
In-store staff were friendly, helpful & knowledgeable.
