Amazing dog food, looks like (and smells like!) gourmet human food!
Nice selection, and nice to actually see the ingredients instead of just unidentifiable mush like other dog food. Great customer service, and brilliant range of treats too!

After struggling with a fussy eater for several months I am delighted to find Years. My dog is eating so much better. Out of the meals available, he adores three of the recipes and gobbles them up immediately. Two others he will eat more than past foods but less enthusiastically. I suppose we all have put fave foods. I am hoping years add further recipes into their range soon - perhaps a lamb one??? Customer service has been excellent. All questions answered thoroughly and quickly. I have had a couple of issues - one when an add on was charged for a further order in error (this was immediately refunded and the customer service agent could not have apologised any more). The second issue was one tray of food arrived unsealed. I got a reply within 30 mins of contacting years advising me to not feed it to my dog, a refund sent immediately and a huge apology. Honestly I cannot fault the customer care. Shame other companies are not the same. Thank you Years

Finally a dog food that my dogs will eat without any stress or hassle. I have tried everything under the sun and this is finally the one.

I trust Years with my dog's nutrition implicitly because I have see a,real difference in him since starting in this food. For example, he has more energy, a more defined waist and his stools are firmer. Not only that, the Years staff are not only wonderful but also a complete team of experts e.g. nutritionist, behaviourists and accomplished chefs.
In addition, from expetience, customer feedback is highly valued and acted on for the customer's benefit e.g. making changes to so the customer is able to change the supplement included with their dog's order. In short, a very collaborative, custer-centred approach.

My little dog has been on this food for years now! He absolutely loves it gets so excited for his delivery.. he used to have problems with tear staining being a chihuahua.. since hes been on this food theyve cleared up he looks so healthy and his coat is lovely and shiny. And the chef collection meals always go down a treat!

My Labradoodle has been on Years near enough since its launch and speaking honestly it’s been a godsend for him!

After trialing many foods which led to multiple stomach upsets (and my burning nostrils from stinky farts!) and fussiness with food in result, we found Years and haven’t looked back.

It’s clear the company do not compromise on quality which is refreshing to see in the industry and they genuinely listen to feedback from their customers and provide a brilliant experience for any queries, issues or otherwise, returning communications promptly and building up a community on Facebook for any suggestions/ thoughts/ feedback.

Although some people may argue it’s ok the pricier side particularly when feeding larger or multiple dogs, the quality of Years far outweighs its close counterpart for box delivery dog food, despite being the same cost bracket, and I found the difference (having tried both) with my boy prove that Years is well worth the price tag in comparison!

The Chef’s specials and special occasion treats are a bonus and my boy absolutely demolishes them when he gets the opportunity to have them, which is so nice to see.

I ordered the 7 day trial of Years without much hope. Having tried every brand on the market that promised "even the fussiest dog likes our meals" I didn't see how Years could be any better. They hadn't met my miniture schnauzer Daisy. 2 years old with the attitude of a human teenager. But to the surprise of everyone who said I was wasting my money she loves it. We're now on our second month. I don't kmow what the magic imgreduent is but she loves it.

Leo really helped me when I got myself into a pickle having forgotten to cancel a subscription that I had paused. My little Oreo is a fussy eater and I have to rotate his brands every once I while. He dealt with my issue without hesitation or fuss which I really appreciated. I have returned to years once before and I will again …. When little lord Oreo decides he has had enough of the other brand! LOL

WOW this is a new top level of customer service and support. While I was in a coma there was no one to cancel dog food orders so I was about to be declined on a months food for 3 dogs. Sanna realised that live chat was impossible and spoke to me my order was held for a month and 36 hours later 8 large trays of fresh Years food arrived Complimentary with DPD. I was shocked what company these days puts customers before costs. The 3 Spaniels absolutely love the new food they had been eating tinned dog food and didn’t lick the bowl clean like they have this week. Sanna followed up to be sure all was ok and to say get in touch do not be afraid to ask for help..these were unusual and unique circumstances but the food is top level all 3 dogs would recommend all flavours

Honestly it’s life changing. I was searching for a dog food that I deemed suitable for my new puppy. It needed to be delicious, nutritious and made with high quality ingredients - mirroring homemade meals without the effort and years has ticked all of those boxes for me. I think the price is reasonable for what the food is - I would be paying similar prices for the tinned mush at pets at home that is supposedly ‘premium’. I love years, I love their treats and supplements, their meals and their convenience. Most of all I love what it does to my puppy.
