I went into pets corner on George street a few weeks ago and received some of the best service I’ve ever experienced. I was helped by a lovely young woman I think her name was Hannah. I was having a hard time reading the ingredients on some dog food as it was so small and she came over to see if I needed any help and kindly read out all of the ingredients on the bag and I explained my dog has various allergies which was causing him to have very itchy skin. She spent the time talking to me about lots of different foods that might suit my dog better than was he was eating I ended up choosing one called simply in the salmon flavour and it has helps my dog so much his skin has stopped itching completely and his fur has started to grow back too, she also recommended adding salmon oil into it and I believe that has helped make the healing process much faster.

Great range of tasty cat food leaving nothing in his bowl. Staff always happy and helpful and know exactly which item to suggest for my cats requirement. A loyalty card would be so beneficial, in line with other pet shops and especially in todays economic climate.

Concerns were raised regarding an employee shooting garden birds for fun. Pets Corner have taken no action.

Friendly and knowledgable staff who were more than happy to help.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Pets Corner.
The quality of the food is good and the staff have always been so helpful. Sometimes the particular sack of food I have wanted to purchase is out of stock in my local branch so it has been sourced from other branches that do have it in stock. Nothing has ever been too much trouble. I wanted to say a special thank you to Magda who went above and beyond to help me today when I emailed after the sad loss of my pet on Monday following a stroke. I wanted to try to get a refund on the unused sack of food, I didn’t have a receipt and I didn’t think it was going to be possible for it to be refunded, but I received such a kind email. It really meant a lot after the sad loss of my pet. My receipt was located on the system and I am now able to go to my local branch for it to be refunded. Thank you Magda for your kindness today and for everything you did. It was very much appreciated.

Staff are always so friendly and knowledgeable and a great variety of pet food.

The packaging had collapsed. I had to ask delivery man if everything was there. Box not strong enough for weight of contents.

We order regularly from Pets Corner, their range is great and the quality of what they stock is superb. As a multi-cat and dog household, the next day delivery has saved us several times! What has kept us coming back though is the quality and that includes their staff. Any time we’ve been in store with a query we’ve been given fantastic advice.

We always get a very professional service from Pets Corner, they deliver on time or we collect in store. Overall a very happy customer.

I was able to re order my kittens favourite mice and then collect them at our local shop quickly. Perfect service and Boots is very happy too.

Quite easy to navigate the website and to make a selective purchase

The staff at Colchester Pet’s Corner are so lovely and helpful! Always a pleasure to pop in for a browse or an item in particular that I need for my trio 🐾🐾🐾 Nothing is too much for the team and always greeted with a friendly hello. My fave pet shop in town! ❤️

Each time l or my husband visit PetsCorner someone always says "hello". When l purchase the dogs dinners and anything else that l need, a member of staff always asks whether l can find all l need and/or gives me advice when asked about a problem the dog may have.
The New Milton shop always looks well stocked and overall very tidy. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

There’s a great range of products for our dogs at Pets Corner. I particularly like the range of fresh natural dog treats such as rabbits ears and different chews which help to keep our dogs’ teeth in good condition.
The staff at the Chineham branch are fantastic - very knowledgeable and super helpful. Time never seems to be a problem for them when giving advice.

Good morning, this is not a recruitment enquiry but more I wanted to give feedback on two members of your staff who work at your West Horsley Branch. We are adopting a rescue puppy soon and the advice that Grace gave us was absolutely amazing, she spent so much time talking through all of our options, giving us so much information about the products you sell and how they positively impact our new puppy, as well as additional information relating to training and settling the puppy. It was so reassuring, and her kindness and levels of expertise are just off the charts. I have never experienced such excellent customer service. We returned to the store yesterday to purchase another item for our puppy and were looked after this time by Darcy, again the service levels were off the charts of loveliness. We did not feel rushed in all our purchases, we left each time feeling happy, and totally reassured with our purchases. We will NEVER even think about shopping at another pets store. Efficient delivery

Without doubt the best Pet shop around. My dog is increasingly picky about her food. The staff in Pets Corner are knowledgable about nutrition and will go out of their way to help in choosing food which may help the situation. They are always friendly and can't do enough for you. Also the shop does not stock junk brands so you can be confident whatever you choose is quality. Thank you Pets Corner Quedgeley I don't know what Id do without you.
