Very easy from beginning to end Many Thanks

Went in to the Copthorne Crawley Garden Centre store with my Mum and the staff were so patient with her. She is 91 and profoundly deaf. She wanted to buy my dog some treats. The young girl was very attentive despite my Mum continually saying she couldn't hear or understand. Exemplary customer service.

These guys are fantastic. Bend over backwards to help & use great delivery drivers too! They are polite, efficient & prompt. They stock a superb range of products which you cannot always find elsewhere. 100% recommend. Customer for over 6 years. Thank you!!!

Great service both in store and online - I e managed to get all the advice needed to buy all of our items for the puppy’s arrival.

Having had a viral infection for several days, I wanted to stock up on cat food. I placed my order, paid the bill, and got back to feeling sorry for myself.

The order was due to be delivered the following day. Up until the 11th hour, things seemed to be going fine. Then, for as yet unexplained reasons, DPD decided to take my package to a post office several miles away.

This one act forced open a whole can of worms. To cut a long story short, I cancelled the order. The experience was problematic. I'm reluctant to reorder online. This limits my options. Personal, face to face interactions at individual stores have tended to be very positive. I can't fault the company as such.

I would, however, point to the obvious fly in the ointment.

Very helpful staff and a good range of products

The staff here at the Buxton branch always seem happy to help. Jake, who I see most is always friendly, and his advice has helped so much when asking about my rabbit that my wife decided to 'adopt' not too long ago. I find them far better than their competitors, like Pets At Home, which always seem so commercial, it's just a transaction. Here, you feel valued. That means a lot.

I just wanted to take a moment to feedback on the excellent service I’ve received at The Pets Corner store in Midsomer Norton. We became first time puppy owners in November and this store has been a great source of advice and support. There are two ladies there in particular who are just awesome. They have given us advice on feeding, harness & lead, pet beds etc. And more recently we’ve attended the Puppy Socialisation hour on a Saturday morning, which our puppy Billie absolutely loved! I really do believe they go above and beyond in their role there. A huge thank you from us.

The staff in Pets Corner shops are always knowledgeable & helpful. I like the fact that if you buy something for your pet and it doesn’t suit them, PC will exchange or refund you. Plenty of choice of food, toys etc. Would recommend

The staff in the Colchester branch are so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. It makes such a difference. There are lots of quality items in store and they are reasonably priced. I definitely recommend.

We have been to Pets Corner in Buxton twice now, served initially by Julie and then Jake. Both were very knowledgeable when advising on food (Julie) and appropriate grooming tools (Jake). This is our closest Pets Corner, although there are much closer pet stores we travel here as our shopping experience has been so positive.
