My experience at Peter Mark in Finglas
I do not recommend this salon at all. Worst experience ever. The staff is rude and dismissive. Bored and unwelcoming. Extremely dissatisfied. Avoid at all cost

Absolutely amazing service, highly recommend.

Lucan Peter Marks. Booked a cut and colour. Had a picture of long side bangs and a couple of long pieces in front my hair was long down my back all one length when started . She choped my hair shreds just got blade of cissore ran it over face from forehead to base layered big time
And the long bangs I have choped uneven forehead of short frings it couldn't have gone any worse now I don't know how to tie my hair up or even style it short bits everywhere €140 don't go to this salon left me waiting 40 after appointment before they even stared on me.

I had a horrendous experience in the style club on level 2
I quickly ran into PM level 1 in the square Katherine the manager from Peter mark level 1 in the square went to every length to rectify the situation . I was pleased with how Elaine my stylist changed her schedule to slot me in and help get my hair back to my desired look . I was so impressed with how well I was looked after the girls really are compassionate and understand their clients .
I was gifted a little package of treatments to help restore my hair and I swore I would never go anywhere else .

Booked for a curly blow dry
Hair stylist kept complaining about how thick and long my hair was, that it wasn’t possible to do a blow dry on my hair, proceed to rough dry it and use a GHD to add some curls which fell out by time I was home.
Booked as a treat for a special event, have had my hair blow dried many times before elsewhere with zero comment
Made feel like I had done something wrong and paid full price for a service I didn’t get

Dont go, they are not good

The new receptionist in mullingar was so friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble.

Damaged hair badly when applying/removing foils . (Forestside) When returning a fellow member of staff who was better than the last commented on the damage that had been caused by the previous staff member pulling on the foils.
Customer service could be better - some members of staff rude.

Never going back to Peter Marks in Naas. From what I've seen of other reviews of the company itself, other salons are the very same. Asked the stylist to trim my hair. She cut bangs into it, which I wouldn't have minded had they been done properly but they were done so bad, i have short bits in random spots at the front of my hair and the "bangs" are shorter on one side. Blunt cut in a lot of places and my hair just looks strange. It was rushed, stylist yanked my hair (I expect a level of pulling from getting hair done, but this hurt very badly), shoved my head around when she needed me facing a different way to cut instead of guiding gently like most other professional salons. Seemed to just want to get you in and get you out, then charge almost €65 for a wash, cut and blow dry! Will never be returning. Awful customer service and obviously don't have a clue about how to actually cut hair. Awful place.

Big shoutout to Toni in Blanchardstown SC salon who trusted my vision and supplied it and more. Got a fabulous restyle cut and couldn't be happier. Magic Hands!

Thanks to all the staff on reception at Finglas salon. A helpful member of staff opened the door as I entered and purchasing gift vouchers was easy with chatty, friendly receptionist and assistant.
My experience buying conditioner at Blanchardstown (Downstairs red entrance branch) a couple of weeks ago was in complete contrast, a cranky receptionist who didn't want to be bothered, didn't want to accept my giftcard and was just unpleasant to deal with.

If you want exactly what you asked for then you need to go to Toni on level 1 in blanchardstown. I’ve had my hair all sorts of way and every time I walk away there’s a little part of me that wishes my hair looked different or that my stylist had done it differently. I love to have lots of layers and I like to keep my hair quite short and usually I’m met with “are you sure”, “I think we’ll leave it a bit longer so we can cut it later”, or “how about we keep the layers long Incase you regret it” but once I showed toni pictures she started straight away and I felt like someone finally understood what I wanted. I’ve never been happier walking away from a hair dressers and I would recommend toni to literally any one who asked

Yesterday I had hair cut,for that money I expeted higher level knowledge.Looks like she dint care about customer only how to finish job faster.Blanchardstown shopping centre.

I honestly cried when I got back to my car.
I asked for my current curtian bangs to be trimmed (whilst getting a root touch up) and they were cut so poorly, i was given essentially a crooked full fringe which was made so thick that all the length i had in the front of my hair is gone.

I went back a week later and another stylist tried to fix them. She did her best but they are still absolutely awful. (Not by fault of the second stylist, she did try to fix them but it was limited what she could do with them) Unfortunately wouldn't recommend I cannot imagine the initial stylist was experienced.

I also had to pay for a full cut (65euro) when I had only asked for my current bangs to be trimmed, the rest of my hair was not cut.

Petermark portlaoise shopping center,from the moment enter this fabulous hair salon staff are so professional & on point.I had thr pleasure of dealing with Leah & Courtney both amazing young ladies & there attention to detail is just amazing and was treated so well from strat 2 finish.plus massage chairs as hair is washed within a inch of its life wow wee pure heaven so relaxing have say.i cannot recommend this hair salon & all staff are so experienced,friendly & oh so good at there job you really do pay for what you get here& I do love some luxury & staff that are trained so well adore it all ...no need ask if il return hello yes please.kwep uo great work girls all amazing including Jeff cnt leave boys out!!!! The receptionist at Peter marks, crescent sc Limerick was just so warm and welcoming. My stylist is Niamh and she is an amazingly talented stylist. She never fails to get me to a beautiful blonde colour. Wonderful experience in this salon always , lovely staff throughout.

Nice haircut. Good staff
