Personalised Cremation Urns 

My family and me wanted a special and unique urn for my beautiful Mum and we searched high and low on the web for one and we found one at Personalised Cremation-urns.
They done an absolutely brilliant job, only the best for my lovely Mum!
All of my family and myself were extremely happy with the quality of the urn, the speed of the delivery and also the great communication of the staff there.

Very pleased from placing order to receiving it .

The urn was for my father, although there were a few web sites to purchase from. This site stood out as it was well presented. Showed the various urns to mon who is 81 so she could make her decission.
I had reason to phone to find out a bit more information. This was really helpfull.
The urn arrived in the time as expected. It was very well wrapped and protected.
The urn was well made, looks good just as the web image.
So all round no dissapointment.
Jokingly I Hope I dont have to buy too many in the future- but if I did would look to this company again.

Beautifully made, and very attractive and simple to look at.
Not at all out of place on the mantle place in the centre of my room.
My husbands ashes are with me every day and when I die and I am cremated our ashes will be mixed together in one of these beautiful urs and we will be together again. 4o years we spent together, and in death we will be together forever.

When i was placing my order i wasnt sure what i was doing but when i spoke to the staff on the phone they answered every question i had and did not think that any question was silly or irrelevant. They were calm understanding with a sympathetic ear and gave me a feeling of comfort that i was doing the right thing. Turns out i was, the Urn was lovely and was everything i wanted.

I ordered 3 items a large urn a smaller matching urn and a small keepsake heart box along with 2 velvet bags. The small urn was incorrectly engraved and the heart box sent was pewter instead of the gold ordered, the velvet bags were missing. I guess not very good!! However on phoning to point out the problems they were resolved very quickly, within 2 days. So I would have to say that although I wasn't impressed initially they did go out of their way to put things right in a very timely manner. Written on behalf of Mr J J Higham by his daughter.

I ordered one of your plaques for an elderly neighbour who passed away with no family to deal with her funeral.

I wanted to mark her passing as she was 96 years old. I went to your website and picked one with the words I thought appropriate paid and was really impressed with how quickly it arrived and was just what I ordered. Really pleased with it. Thank you for making a difficult job that little bit easier.

I ORDERED A SMALL URN WHICH INCLUDED AN ASH POUCH AND PLAQUE. I DIDN'T RECEIVE THE POUCH OR PLAQUE DESPITE CALLING AND ARRANGING FOR THEM TO BE SENT OUT IN THE POST. TERRIBLE SERVICE , I HAD PLANNED TO BUY ANOTHER URN FROM THIS COMPANY BUT WILL NOT NOW.

I found the service of this company to be excellant.They came across as very caring and helpful at a most distressing time to me.

When I received the urn, to put my wifes ashes in, I could not undo the screws at the bottom as they had been over tightened and the heads were messed up. I was asked to return the urn at my own expence and am now waiting for a replacement.

When I called customer services they were most helpful but i will reserve judgement untill i receive the replacement urn

very very happy with the small urns I purchased, for my sisters ashes. We have recently taken her ashes back to be spread where she was born, this was very hard to do , but because we had the small urns, my Mother, my sisters son who lives in usa, and myself feel like part of her is still with us. When I received the wooden crosses with the brass plaques I was very pleased with them. Over the months though I am afraid the varnish on the crosses has flaked off and the wording on the plaques have started to fade.

At times like these, death being dealt with, you expect great service and simple actions to meet your requirements.

I ordered several small, keepsake urns. They arrived in the cheapest boxes I have ever seen. The paid-for inscription for the smallest urn was not on the urn but on a cheap, brass-looking plaque that was poorly glued to this cheap and horrible box.

I paid for an inscription out of my own money and it was done professionally while I waited. The company did compensate me for the cost of the work but I had to waste time explaining my dissapointment before they considered the reimbusement.

The three Halcylon Pewter urns had such poor workmanship on the design that once filled with my brother's ashes leaked them like a salt-shaker. I fixed this problem, this time myself. To add to this the screws holding the base plates on didn't even fit flush.

Overall I feel it would have been better to go to the local market and see and feel what I was buying and know what I was getting for this huge amount of cash than purchase from the site.

They do look nice and I suspect will last well once corrected but they should re-design these items, especially considering the cost.

I Bought this urn for my trusted friend it was more than I hoped for when the time comes I would certainly recomend i=one for your little friend.

I am extremely happy with my purchase. After much searching, I could not have found a better product. It is the centre piece of a little corner we now have for our beloved pet, Lady.
