Personalised Cremation Urns 

very good value for money and quckly despached

Leaving on vacation, just hoping that the shipment doesn't get lost in the shuffle before I get back. My opinion may change when I actually get to see the ornament.

I was very pleased with my purchase. I looked at many sites and companies before deciding to purchase from this one. The quality of the cremation urn was very good and delivery and service was quick and efficient.

The casket arrived very quickly, sadly it was damaged, reported it on the monday and returned it straight away, received replacement back thursday am.

My order was processed and items were despatched promptly but was astounded with the shipping charges when I noticed how much it had actually cost to send.

Overcharged by £7.80!

Would not use again because of this.

i chose personalised urns because they had a lovely selection of wooden keepsake caskets. I ordered three, but unfortunately they were out of stock. The service was excellent in informing me, and I was offered a choice of something else or a refund. I opted for the refund and it was processed quickly. So while I wasn't able to use them in the end, the experience was positive.

would have expected delivery by now did send an email to ask when i could expect my item but heard nothing not a happy bunny a bit of communication wouldnt go amiss

I thought the postage and packing charge excessive as the cost of the postage was only £2.40. There was no compliments slip or paperwork accompanying the item. The urn was in a tatty box marked Made in India.

The online catalogue was clear, easy to use and visually accurate ,truly reflecting the product which arrived.
This was well manufactured and the personalised detailing tastefully carried out.

I was very pleased with the service from your Company and the quality of the plaque, my only suggestion is that you might offer a slightly bigger plaque in your range. My plaque was received in good time for the date requested. Packaging was very good and received in first class condition. Excellent service. We would certainly recommend you.

it was a faultless service with great communication. Delivered with speed and a beautiful product. Still looking excellent today.

Had to purchase a urn for a family member, the urn was a lot cheaper than buying from an undertakers, the product was delivered within a week as stated on the website, and was well protected in the box for postal travel.

WE HAVE JUST PURCHASED A MEMORIAL PLAQUE, AND FROM PLACING OUR ORDER, WE NEVER RECEIVED ANY COMUNICATION FROM THE FIRM TO ACKNOWLEDGE OUR PURCHASE, OR TO ADVISE US WHEN IT WOULD BE WITH US, WE HAD TO PHONE TO FIND OUT WHAT THE SITUATION WAS. WHEN IT DID ARRIVE THE STAKE ON THE PLAQUE WAS WELDED AT AN ANGLE LEAVING THE PLATE WITH THE WRITING ON LEANING TO ONE SIDE, ALSO EVEN THOUGH WE WROTE OUR MESSAGE THAT WE WANTED ENGRAVING ON THE ORDER FORM WHEN WE RECEIVED IT THE DATE ON THE PLAQUE WAS WROTE INCORRECT.

So quick and a fantastic service, not forgetting a brilliant price. Really happy with my order.

my two yr old beloved cat died after a battle with urinary problems and he was very very extra special, i came to your site and as i scrolled i found the most beautiful urn in white, with a cat amongst rocks saying i came i purred i conqured, and boy, he sure did...... i ordered it immediatly and didnt need to look at any others,.... this urn has made my heartache a little bit more bearable knowing hes in such a beautiful urn,,,.. THE BEST, in fact, and i was allowed to add a little script of my own at the bottem.... thankyou to the designers in the company and for delivering quickly, youve made a customer here that will not go anywhere else and come back to you, should the occasion arise again if lose a beloved pet, thankyou

this was adifficult thing to trying to pick something personal .I found exactly what i was thinking of. The ordering and delivery was so easy. thankyou. I have something close to me that i can treasure

After losing my beloved dog I wanted her ashes to be in something of good quality and appearance and I definately got that. I have had the urn almost 18 months now and it still looks as good as when I first.
I am happy that I have been able to look after my little dog as good after she died as when she was with me.

The writing was faint and the plate the writing was on was all scratched within a week it should last forever.

I ordered a full size urn, matching small urn and a keepsake heart. The large urn was ingraved incorrectly, the keepsake was not what I ordered. (Also the order took ages to arrive) Complained and they eventually agreed to sort out the order. Waited and waited. Kept phoning to see what the hold up was. Urn was not ready for my husbands memorial service, very upsetting. Then they told me it had been delivered and signed for! But I had not got it! They insisted that it had been delivered. Went up and down my street asking if anyone had it. No luck. Then later, a man who lives some distance from me , half a mile, delivered the urn. He had found it in his garage. No one from his house had signed for it.
I found this company to be totaly unhelpful and unprofessional . This is a very edited version of all the problems I had with them. The final straw was when I took his ashes to be placed in the urn....it was not big enough for all his ashes! He was not a large man.
It is a shame their service is so bad as the urns they advertise are so different to what is on offer elsewhere.
