Personalised Cremation Urns 

From ordering online to receipt of my purchase speedy service and query I had to make over the phone was dealt with swiftly and proffesionally.

I was very impressed with the Urn it looked as good as it did online. I was also pleased with the prompt delivery and the email which enabled me to relax and not worry about the website being a fraud site. Thankyou. Would definately recomend this site to family and friends for the future.

the urn was delivered very quickly it was what i wanted even the undertakers were amazed with it asking me where i got it thank you.

After paying nearly £20 more for express delivery, my nan was still waiting a week after she ordered the urn. When i phoned up and contacted the customer service team, they explained they will investigate and get back to me. After waiting a couple of hours, and no phone call i phoned them again. I was then told that the urn had not been sent bacause they couldnt fit all of the engraving on. I was not notified of this, even though they said i was sent an email - WHICH I WASN'T! - but they money was still taken out fo the bank. I was told that this was done as soon as i placed the order, however, it came out two days later!! My nan had to then wait another 5 working days for the urn to be deliverd, making it a total of two weeks for delivery, when she had paid £20.00 extra for delivery. I actually think this service is scandalous, and adds more stress to the greiving families! i wouldn ot recommend this to anybody! i am discusted!

The urn is exactly as described on the web site, it arrived very quickly and came in a nice presentation box.

I recently purchased a granite memorial plaque in memory of my dear late husband. It was so easy to order and so much choice.It arrived in just over 7 days and we are absolutely delighted with it.I hope I never have to use this company again but would recommend them to anyone.

I ordered a brass memorial plaque, however the message which
I put over the intenet to put on it was too long, which the company did say in an email. This should of been stated at the time when I entered my information.
They offered me a full refund or if I would like to change my wording.

As I wanted to keep the wording, I sent a reply to there message, asking how I could reword it or a price of a bigger plaque where all
the words what I wanted , no reply,

So then I ask them for a refund and ask could they let me know when it was refunded to my bank account.

No reply.

I suppose it my own thought , do not like phones. I have loss out.

Ordered and paid for my Urn. Emailed re details for speedy service and was advised fastest service is 7 days. I was then contacted by email to advise Urn out of stock. I complained and was told it was not their fault as they take your money first and then check stock. Communications were insensitive, and no alternative or help was offered to me. One week has now passed and the item is still available for sale on their website for purchase.

The company communicated well and offered a great service

I ordered an urn that reflected my husbands love of Tottenham Football Club. When it arrived the Spurs badge was not gold plated, as ordered and paid for, and had been fixed completely off centre. I assume that before being packed and despatched a person of the company was responsible for a quality control check of the merchandise. It was very upsetting to have to return the urn to be corrected. As it had cost almost £300 a lot of money for a pensioner better service should have been given. I was pleased with the engraving which was first class.

I was pleased with the service, but what really pleased me was the quality of the keepsake brass urn, with inlaid platinum rose. The quality was better than expected, and the brass was nice, thick and heavy - good quality. Also nice to see no spelling mistakes with the nicely engraved message

Poor communications from the supplier. Tried to phone but line disconnected. Then emailed company for update on delivery. Was not advised when product dispatched. When Urn delivered to undertakers the plaque was mounted over the top of the design on the Urn. Why???

I placed an order with you on 6th Jan 2012. After three weeks I had heard nothing, so I rang on Thurday and was promised that the order would be with me on the following Monday, nothing came, I rang again on the Friday and was told it was on it way and be here on the Monday, still nothing came, I rang again on Tuesday and was told that the warehouse was now empty and it would be here the following day (Weds) nothing came, I finally got my order on the Thursday 9th Feb, a full month and three days later. I would not recommend this company, I was given three delivery days and nothing came. I was hung up on three times, I was not allowed to speak to a Manager.I will tell everyone why asks that this is a bad company to order from.

i was very happy with the product when it arrived but not happy that when a problem did arrive i had a lot of trouble getting in touch and sorting it out. however i would probably use them again as when the problem was sorted the service was good

the web site is very good. The item i have ordered has not arrived yet, but i am not expecting it for anoth er few days.
