Appalling Customer Service
Returned online item to store for a refund. System not working, issue with Head Office. Was told I could post back, I would have to pay postage! Went on holiday for a week. On return took item back to store. Still not possible for refund in store. Sent email to customer care email address, assured refund would be sent. Still waiting. Seems Peacocks are more than happy to take your order but not so great at refunding when returning. Please do not order online from this Company.

Atrocious customer service
So after writing a positive review because I thought my order issue had been sorted I’m now writing a negative one as my order still hasn’t arrived 2 weeks after I ordered it and no one seems to want to email me back to sort it. I used to buy a lot from this company and had no issues but the way my current problem has been handled is atrocious and I shan’t buy from them again. I have now asked for a refund and have been ignored. Not sure what has happened to this company but I’m surprised it’s still going. Why Louise Rednapp works for them astounds me!

EXCHANGE REFUSED IN STORE
EXCHANGE REFUSED IN STORE ORPINGTON
Bought a pack of brief shorts yesterday. At home, I realized I bought the wrong number and went to exchange today at the store. Exchange refused because is underwear.
- The lady today said to me that everyone knows that underwear can't be exchange. I was not told this yesterday when I bought it and there is NO sign in store saying this.
- The underwear is inside the package and I showed to the lady. Clearly anyone can see the package wasn't opened.
- The statement that 'everyone knows'. Is this a company policy? As I don't see anymore in your policies.
Lost a customer just because has a very bad customer service.

Unfortunately my order didn’t arrive. It got stuck at the Evri hub. I contacted Brandon at customer service and he refunded my order straight away and would ask Evri to return the order to Peacocks. Shame I didn’t get my order but Brandon’s customer service was brilliant.
