Pass N Go Driving School Bewertungen

Simon was an amazing instructor, definitely recommend him! Taught me so well, is lovely to chat with and is overall a very professional, friendly and calm instructor!

Would give 0 stars if I could. My instructor, Clive, was openly racist and refused to even take me on the main roads after 20 hours worth of driving. He would say things like ‘look at what that black boys wearing’ and other stuff along those lines. He wasted my time and money and is a horrible person overall. I quickly switched to another driving company and had a WAY better experience. Do NOT start driving with passngo.

My driving instructor Hussein Al-Sammarraie has been extremely helpful in helping me to learn to drive and pass my driving tests. Hussein is exactly the person who you would want to learn from and I wouldn’t have been able to find him without Pass N Go. He made it very easy to book lessons and was very available.

Recently passed my test, huge thank you to Mark who helped me put my anxieties about it to ease and helped me conquer complex manoeuvres and helped me with various skills! Would not have got there without his calm demeanour 😁

Honestly there has been nothing but trouble with time changes and cancellations. Do not recommend. Its a totally impersonal service. The instructors don't give a toss.

I highly recommend my driving instructor Kip. He explains everything thoroughly and clearly, making it easy to understand and helping me build confidence behind the wheel. In the past, I’ve sometimes wanted to finish lessons early, but with this instructor I genuinely enjoy every lesson.

The service was great, and the website was easy to navigate and very organised. My instructor, Mr Naeem Ramazan, was an excellent teacher. He helped me a lot and I passed my practical test on my first attempt, all thanks to him. He explained things clearly rather than just trying to make me memorise everything. He was very supportive, calm, and patient. I really appreciate the service he provided. It was well worth the money.

I had a great instructor, Rachel, who was very patient and gave me confidence to drive independently.

The booking process is very clear and easy to use.

Stephen Dawson has been such an amazing instructor! Gave me so much confidence to pass and was really kind. A+

Absolutely shocking from the minute I gave these lot my money till now. I paid for 20 hours £879 and a test included. 1st of all I paid the money and the man on the phone said “don’t worry we’ll sort everything out on our end once you’ve clicked the link and paid the money” 2 weeks went by with no communication so I decided to ring to be told “ohh we can’t see that you’ve paid did you not send an email to tell us you’ve paid” so just shy of £900 and they haven’t got a system updated enough to let them know that I’ve paid them the money. This only got resolved when I showed them my online banking. 2nd of all they told me they will start my lessons 4-6 weeks before my test date and that they would tell me the dates and times of all lessons. 3 weeks later I get an email saying “Matthew you haven’t used any of your 20 hours and you will lose them if you don’t use them soon” they neglected to tell me that I needed to put the lessons in myself on the app. LAST BUT NOT LEAST!! Save the best till last. They booked my test in on the 27th of July before the rules changed regarding 3rd parties booking tests and I arrived on my test day to be told my test wasn’t until the day after on the 28th!!! I got an email on the 22nd of July 5 days before my test telling me my test was on the 27th of July and the app still said the 27th too!!!! I had to pay an extra £70 for another 2 hours to do my test the day after and after disputing this they told me it was “because the rules changed and that I should of been aware” how am I meant to be aware if the test date still says 27th on the app and they sent an email 5 days before reminding me it was the WRONG DAY!!! Never any correspondence telling me the date had been changed by the DVSA. So I haven’t been reimbursed my £70 and have been told in essence it’s my fault. Avoid at all costs disgusting customer service, money hungry don’t care about the customer at all and I’m now in the process of gaining people together to take these lot to court contacting various people that have horror stories of this laughing stock of a company. It’s principle they can’t keep getting away with this.

Lesley was amazing , she navigated us through the whole process of getting lessons booked, finding an appropriate instructor to meet the needs.
Highly recommended

Thankyou to Stephen Dawson.

Passed first time and now feel very confident driving. Always enjoyed my driving lessons while learning but also chatting. Couldn’t have asked for a better instructor.

I was a first time driver with no previous experience. But Mark Dyson was a really amazing instructor. In 2months I was driving and doing the things I previously had thought impossible. Couldnt have done it without your help. Thanks a lot Mark

Great driving instructor, Tahseen Hussain. Walked me through all the important points to note when driving, an absolute pleasure practising with him. Thanks Pass N Go.

I had a great experience learning to drive with Oscar. He was calm, patient, and supportive. I never felt rushed and he explained everything in a really clear way.

As someone who used to get incredibly anxious, even at the thought of behind the wheel, Oscar helped me build my confidence up to the point that I now genuinely enjoy driving.

I’m really grateful for his help and would happily recommend him to anyone, especially nervous learners.

Hussein was a great instructor. Very calm and made sure I knew every manoeuvre and procedure. Thank to him, I passed first time.

My instructor was hellen she is a fantastic instructor, very good teaching methods. Passed my test first time and quickly, couldnt have asked for a better instructor🙌

Friendly and helpful experience with Stephen Dawson, who was patient and a great teacher. Most importantly, I passed my test, first try! Would recommend

Stephen Dawson.
From my first lesson with him to my test date he has been an excellent teacher and I cannot thank him enough. Reminding me of the basics which I had forgotten to keeping patient with me when I kept driving too quickly. I would not have passed without his excellent teacher, would highly recommend.

I passed my test today with Sean Smith. He was a very good instructor, always calm and looking for ways to explain things that made sense to me. He gave me the confidence to believe that I can drive, which was the most difficult thing for me.
