First driving instructor was shocking however, transferred to Tanya and from absolutely hating driving I ended up looking forward to every lesson because she’s fabulous. Ended up passing first time with very few driver faults.

I have been learning how to drive with Kip since the beginning of May, he is an excellent instructor, also very calm and patient, I had my driving test yesterday and passed first time! Would definitely recommend Kip as a driving instructor!

I am appalled by the way passngo has treated me and my experience and review is a warning to people wanting to learn to drive with passngo. I have paid approx £1320 on driving lessons and had my test booked for 21/08/26 .However my instructor left passngo without informing me and the company never informed me either. I only found out a week ago on the 13/08/26 by going on the passngo app to check on my progress and noticed that most of the app was blocked and found out i no longer had an instructor. I am unable to take my test without an instructor and have lost the test fee which is £62 because it was less than 10 days notice. Upon speaking to a passngo representative they fobbed me off saying they would find another instructor then told me to hire a car for the test of which is ridiculous as i only have a provisional licence and kept promising to ring back and never did. Upon speaking to them today as i have 6 hours of lessons left i have paid for i was told it was not refundable either. passngo has broken the contract and i was fobbed of again and told they would try to get my money refunded but did not say how. I will be on the phone again in the next few days and will not let this go and will seek legal advice on this matter if i am not refunded. No doubt passngo will reply stating that they cannot find my details as they do with other reviews as my name is clearly at the top of this review.

Chris was an excellent instructor, who managed to help me pass in a very small amount of lessons. He gave clear, straightforward instructions, especially when it came to maneuvers. Would certainly recommend too any learners out there who want good value for their money.

Passed first time with Farooq Ali. Brilliant instructor. Patient, explained everything clearly, easy to get on with, and all around great guy. Definitely recommend if you’re learning in Leeds.

First and foremost, I want to give a BIG thank you to my amazing instructor, Tanya! 😂❤️ Thank you for traumatising me lol, but most importantly, for always being there, encouraging me, and supporting me throughout this journey.
I have finally PASSED my practical driving test! 🎉🚗 And honestly, so much of the credit goes to the incredible instructor Tanya is. God bless you, Tanya! ❤️ Words honestly cannot describe how happy and grateful I am right now.
I also want to say that I genuinely feel so prepared for real-life driving because of how thorough Tanya has been with me. She didn’t just teach me how to pass a test; she taught me how to be a safe, confident and responsible driver.
Thank you for your patience, your honesty, your encouragement, and for believing in me even when I doubted myself. I couldn’t have asked for a better instructor.

My instructor, Richard (Biff) Wareham, was recommended to me, and was rightly so as he is such a good instructor. Not only did he teach me how to pass my test (first time) but he has taught me how to be a safe and confident driver for the future. Thank you so much Richard!

I would strongly recommend Tanya as a driving instructor, she helped me identify my weaknesses and help me improve. I passed first time with very few driving faults and with 29 hours of lessons (including test) and no private practice. She has led me through all types of experiences across many types of roads (including motorways) to help prepare me for not only my test but real life driving. I feel fully equipped to stay safe on the roads on my own.

Paid £70.00 for an initial lesson. Almost no availability outside of midweek afternoons weeks away. Found a Sunday slot and booked it.

At midnight the night before I got a text from instructor cancelling my lesson. Rebooked for next available weekend. Received an email midweek to say the instructor is no longer on the road?

Requested a refund because I've not received the service I paid for nor do they have availability that they state. Jack (Office Manager) emailed to say "Unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund at this time however we can put you on our waiting list you can wait whilst instructor has better availability".

EDIT: A refund has now been authorised to me.

Maybe we were unlucky, but my daughter has had a pretty miserable experience with PNG. First assigned instructor barely had any availability and when queried, the response was “well, you have booked *some* lessons, so…”. I say first instructor as after 6 months he simply disappeared overnight - three weeks before her test. Multiple lessons cancelled with zero notice and a new instructor appointed with no suitable availability either - the inevitable test cancellation followed.
Rumour had it the first instructor was a novice trainee who hadn’t made the grade.
Second instructor, personally a nice guy (amazed by some of the bad habits the first instructor had instilled or let pass) has now left PNG too. We are not waiting for a third…

Did my learning with Mark Dyson, great guy who got me from beginner to test ready in 13 lessons, always communicated with me if anything came up and helped me talk through and decide on what I needed to work on instead of just telling me to get me to think for myself. His car also has a reversing camera which has been super useful. Love the app as well, it made buying and scheduling lessons a breeze.

Muhammad my instructor was in every single way the teacher i needed. 100% knowledgable, and instantly knew where to get things started. With difficulties from the beginning i was guided every step of the way to being able to pass my test first time. I will only ever have great memories of my learning experience to whom all the credit goes to my instructor. Friendly, polite, intuitive, experienced, cooperative, and the most down to earth person you can meet. Without Muhammad through pass and go i dare say i would not have yet passed my test. Thank you Muhammad, always so grateful.

I was guided to passing my test first time with the Instructor named Leon De Lucas (proper top notch instructor). Leon is a very friendly, happy and an exceptional driving instructor, as he has such a good attitude and manner that you can instantly click with, driving with Leon had made me extremely confident in driving which ultimately led to my first time pass with 2 minor faults. I would definitely recommend driving with Pass’N’Go as their intensive courses give you a truly great understanding and experience of the roads. Many many many thanks to Leon for his instruction. WOULD RECOMMEND DEFINITELY!!!

I can’t thank Kashif from Middlesbrough enough for his encouragement, patience, detailed advice and readiness to assist me 24/7. I came in contact with him when I was anxious, overwhelmed and doubtful that I’d ever drive in the Uk. He offered the best driving skills, used different methods, illustrations and pictures to bring me up to speed with everything I needed to be a safe, confident and smooth driver. Today I passed my driving test with a few minor faults on my first attempt.

Excellent first lesson with Grant. A calm, measured instructor who effortlessly built my confidence and allayed any nerves or apprehension. Thanks Grant!

Had a really good experience. My instructor was super helpul, i had a really bad experience with another agency that killed my confidence but pass n go rebuilt it and passed first try in 3 months. Would highly recommend :))

I had a great experience with pass n go and my driving instructor Sean Smith. After booking an intensive course with them to get me through my test after having learnt with family first I passed first time yesterday with only 2 driving faults. Sean was calm, patient and willing to listen to any nerves or concerns I had. He was always reassuring me and doing everything to boost my confidence. Thank you Sean for helping me through the last little bit and helping me pass my test.

I loved learning to drive with PassNGo, especially with Tanya. She was an amazing driving instructor who always made me feel at ease, and I will miss her great sense of humor. Her techniques for parking are very useful and she helped me a lot with developing my driving abilities. If anyone is in the Huddersfield/Wakefield region, i'd recommend driving with her.

He is an extremely gifted instructor, patient, calm, understanding, professional & punctual and most importantly Kind & a good human being who actually cares.

His passion for his work speaks for itself self, he went out of his way to ensure I have the correct skill set and confidence to Pass my test.

He made the journey of learning so much fun and we had great laughs too. I will definitely recommend him to everyone 👍
